Lovely video of a lucky encounter. I also had a highlly unexpected but delightful encounter with an Eastern Barn Owl a year or two ago. I was as thrilled as you appear to be. They really are wonderful creatures. Great work once again.

Hi Matt. Thks for sharing your experience. Yes, when we encounter the sighting at our own home, the feeling is so different. To me, this owl is very mysterious to me. Always alone and in different kinds of habitats compared to other owls. Thks for following on. Have a good week ahead 😊
