Uh did I hear that right? Jennifer passed out UNDERWATER the previous time she visited the cave but then went on to think there was no issue with encouraging other people to come with her as she lead them through? And all her parents can say is, "she died doing something she loved... it just went bad"? Damn, with friends like these, who needs enemies.

In 1985 I barely got out of Nutty Putty. Several clueless BYU college kids - went on a whim, no equipment, one flashlight we grabbed from somebody's dorm. Nutty Putty had a local reputation of just being a cool thing to check out, like a rock formation. It wasn't fun or interesting, and not a "cave" as we understand it...More like being passed down through somebody's intestines. Nothing but brown dirt and clay, discomfort and total disorientation. There's no floor or level anything and you are twisting yourself into a pretzel just to move forward. We kept on going to the point where the flashlight was noticeably dim. It was night, so no hope of a light at the end to lead us out. Being completely stupid about the seriousness of this we opened the flashlight to reseat the batteries and then one promptly rolled under a rock somewhere. Took all of us quite awhile to feel around for it, and it was a miracle it was still somewhere reachable because that would've been it for us.

Most cave systems were not formed by dripping water down a hole, they are remains of Titan creatures innards ! Globe "Planets" with oceans glued to a curved surface ? LOL 😂Here kids - Earth is a level plane comprised of fossilized flesh. The actual term is called Nucleophilic Substitution, with level Earth the Substrate. Mega titan dragon creatures 🐉🐲died here long ago, and their bodies are now limestone and granite ⛰🏔 mountains, and island chains etc. This type of creature was airborne, fire breathing and it's actual venom is where Crude Oil, Shale, and Coal come from. These Dragons (other creatures) bodies🐉are loaded with the 38 Transition Metals (e.g. - Fe, Au, Ag, Cu etc.) like the Appalachians Mts. 🏔(dragon) 🐉on the East coast USA. "Fossil Fuel" is a correct term like biogenic oil, but there is no true "Jurassic period", just the reality that ancient mega Titan reptilian creatures existed and limestone/granite mountains are the physical remains (Substrate). Go to google earth, remove borders and labels, and see the Atlas Mts. in Morocco for a starter dragon (1000 mi. baby), and notice the two colorful blue/red glands which secreted the black venom now called Crude Oil. There's also a 500 mile long fish 🐠as the Sahara Desert, leaving it's Si Silicon, and SiO2 sands laying next to that dragon as well. The east coast Appalachians/Blue Ridge Mts. are another multi head dragon, a Monster-0 type (lol) leaving shale, coal and the Mexican Gulf it's vast oil (Venom) deposits etc. The north Canadian Rockies are made of at least two separate dragon 🐉🐲creatures, leaving massive coal and crude oil (venom) deposits in Alaska and Yukon Territories etc. These mega-Titan fire breathing dragon creatures are the stuff of legends, and they are forever part of Earth Plane Topography (🐉=🏔), and our ancient level Earth's actual History. Now you know where gasoline, and metals for tooling comes from, 🐲🐉! ... Dragons !

Nutty Putty Cave was definitely a misnomer for sure and I'm surprised they didn't seal it off earlier; I heard there was a bit of local controversy around filling the whole cave with concrete as opposed to just sealing off the unmapped branch Mr. Jones's body was in. Which is pretty mindboggling; I already find it deeply unsettling that Green Boots was 'used' as a landmark on Mt. Everest. Imagine going into a tight cave like Nutty Putty and on your way down you pass by a big concrete plug knowing someone's body is just a few feet away from you - it would scare a lot of people!

Imagine the terror of reaching the “secret” chamber, 20-30 seconds into a breath hold, popping out of the water for that big gulp of fresh air, only to feel as though you had multiple, foul plastic bags wrapped tightly around your head and are unable to breathe. Desperate to go back the way you’d just come, only to have the dark, underwater passage, no bigger than a small refrigerator door, inexplicably and hopelessly blocked by one or more of your companions - who were as panicked as you, but now have gone completely still…

Obviously the air wasn’t totally bad if they stayed in there for a while, but I bet it does have lower levels of oxygen than the entrance. So you’d have less oxygen in your lungs to do the same swim. What I’m saying is if she couldn’t do the swim in there the first time, I’m amazed she could on the way out even the first time.

i grew up caving in Utah and was in Nutty Putty a few months before the death happened. i also remember hearing about this incident. Barely a "cave" to me, certainly not worth dying over... these people were older than me but made really terrible mistakes. Don't submerge yourself in a cave for any reason without gear and training. I never plan to. I'll traverse over water, pass through it in stretches with a wetsuit, but i absolutely will not submerge in a cave. it's so much more dangerous and well beyond my skills. I'm glad they plugged that hole shut. ... and for what it's worth, Nutty Putty was possibly my least favorite cave I've been in. Muddy, slimy, choking air, and almost no formations to speak of. I never want to die in a cave, but that one is a tragic place to die in in particular. it's relatively unremarkable compared to other caves in the immediate area (which remain accessible via permit).

sure, let’s go into the cave of death and enter freezing water at 4am completely ill prepared- what could possibly go wrong?! i somewhat expect this type of reckless behavior from teenagers but you would think people in their mid 20s would know better. thankfully joseph had enough common sense to realize this was a dangerous, stupid idea otherwise there might not be any survivors at all. ffs the girl leading everyone wasn’t remotely experienced enough to do that seeing as she couldn’t make it through without passing out the first time. smh it’s truly baffling.

After watching a couple of videos about this incident, I have concluded that the four did not hang out in the bubble room at all. No video has mentioned a source of fresh air for that room. I think they surfaced there, found that the air was foul, and tried to exit back immediately. With the fear, and the inability to get a full breath of 21% oxygen air to start with, the first drowned. The second found the exit blocked, probably panicked, and drowned. And so the third and fourth also drowned. The rock ceiling and no light in a narrow passage did not help.

This is a great channel. I am newly subscribed, and have been watching the many stories you have. I think these stories serve as a good reminder that people should use every ounce of caution and prevention when going up against nature, and even for a worse case scenario. Seems to me many of these adventurers have not learned to tap into their sixth sense. It is usually the one that will save your life. Though it seems thrill seekers become mesmerized by the beauty of their surroundings or just the adrenalized thrill of doing something not otherwise done before, and have tuned that sixth sense out as they press forward into their own peril. I also like the way this channel is narrated, an the thoroughness of the information doesn't leave you with more questions.I look forward to seeing more of your quality made videos and true stories.👍😎🏞️
