A fast, inexpensive and delicious CARNATION cake! Very gentle, melts in your mouth! Without gelatin!
Ingredients for a chocolate cake (28x18 cm) or for a 24 cm round baking dish:
270 g flour
60 g of cocoa
12 g baking powder
6 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
200 g of sugar
270 ml of milk (room temperature)
75 g of melted butter
75 g of melted dark chocolate
bake the cake for about 40-50 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius without convection at an average level, until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick so that it remains dry and clean
100 ml of milk as an impregnation
INGREDIENTS for custard:
bring 350 ml of milk to a boil
70 g of sugar
37 g (1 pack) of pudding powder (or 40 g of corn starch and vanilla extract)
150 ml of cold milk
250 g softened butter
1/2 of the crushed cake
250 g of boiled condensed milk (caramelized condensed milk with sugar (also called "Dulce de Leche" or "Carnation")
