What a fine selection of water he fished. I caught a pike from Nostell Priory in the 70s and both trout and (many) perch from Malham last year.

@johnausterfield9235 Hi John. I can't remember to be honest. I think I may have fished Nostell as a guest of a season rod, Les Tonge, who I used to work with.

I remember this series, I recorded it while away on a management course for ICI, still have them on a vhs tape somewhere. Some nice footage. It inspired me to make several trips to the north of Scotland, and I stayed in the hotel at Scourie.

Yes. 85 years old, and still living in Addingham. Yorkshire.
