Since you’re probably surrounded by so much fitness content I think it would be easy not to realise quite how crazy strong and fit you are. I’m usually a silent viewer but just wanted to pop up and say you are genuinely incredible and it’s really inspiring for me to see another woman in the hybrid space :)

Girl, you‘re fit! I‘m still working on my hybrid training. Definitely more of a runner, but strength training is just so fun as well. Looking forward to see more content like this!

The thinner running version of the injinjis give me blisters too if I go a decent distance! But theinjinji trail midweight mini crew versions are AMAZING. I wore them for a 2000+ mile thru-hike and had no issues. Now I run in them. They do make my feet splay out a bit more, so I had to size up my shoes.

I set my garmin on HIIT SE for any strength based gym sessions/classes I do, and it records as a strength session in the app

This is probably random but do you take anything to protect yourself while on your run? By that I mean when you’re running down that river on your own. I don’t know how the UK is but I know some women sadly have to make sure to carry something in order to protect themselves

Weird request so I started running and noticed my feet look ugly now haha and they smell more what do you do for this to keep nice feet?

At least for me I make sure to have breathable shoes (usually brands will indicate if it’s more breathable or there’s more mesh/hole placements). Also I noticed when I wear thicker socks my feet tend to sweat more and give off more of an odor so I switched to thin running socks Last tip lol I also let the shoes air out outside or on a shoe rack in my hallway as opposed to leaving them in a closet where there’s no circulation.

Nice Job I do similar you can KZbin search me Casey Ranta to view me running 12 MPH for OVER a mile straight. I'm also doing walking weighted lunges with 110 LBS dumbbells in each hand than 125 LBS dumbbells!
