Dear Natasha, I know you most likely won't see this but in the rare case that you do I wanted to thank you for everything you do! Throughout my life I have struggled with my autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and most recently my eating disorder. But while I was struggling with that I would always watch your videos and they never failed to put a smile on my face! You have been a HUGE part of my health journey and have helped me so much to get started on my health journey! You have helped me learn that it is okay to eat and that it healthy is TRULY about mental AND physical health! You really can't have one without the other but mental should always come first! You have helped me so much on my journey and I just want to thank you for that! I have been subscribed for around a year now and I always love watching your videos! I used to heavily restrict and over exercise but when I watched your videos it would encourage me to actually start being healthy and start loving my body!It has been rough start but I am excited to continue working on my health both mentally and physically! Thank you so much for getting me through my worst times! Without you I don't think I would even be hear right now! So just thank you for everything that you are doing and know that you just helped save my life! Have an absolutely wonderful year although currently this year isn't looking too great I hope you do something nice for yourself this week!

Hey, I’m 12 (almost 13 🥳) and I have Anorexia. I am so insecure about how I look, but yesterday I looked in the mirror and I saw how boney my back was. My muscles were gone, something I used to take pride in. I am insecure about my thighs and hate how big they are, but I’m DONE. I’m recovering starting today. I don’t give a f about how my body looks. I miss feeling strong, and happy, and having energy, and being good at sports, and enjoying food. I know sometimes I’ll feel bad about how I look. But hopefully I can push through and remember this is best for me. Just an edit for everyone: I’m now 15 (almost 16 🥳) and doing so so much better. I went through the Emily program, gained healthy weight, and sought God to help me heal. If anyone wants a more detailed explanation lmk.

I just wanted to leave a commet saying how good it feels to have videos like these on the internet. These days I felt like I was overeating and failing at maintaining a "healthy" diet. Feeling generally discouraged and unmotivated. But seing you, video after video, being so loving towards food and joy it brings, and focusing on importance of fueling your body with food that truly makes you feel good, is so refreshing. It's not about eating junk food because it tastes good or just living off of salad and protein every day, but about understanding what your body needs and why it needs it. To treat your body with kindness and nurture your soul. Thank you so much for reminding me of that.

I recently bought your Build + Cut bundle on your website and girl we are literally 4 days in and I’m so incredibly sore. I’ve been working out some but it’s totally different when you’re following a plan rather than just me randomly deciding what to do! I love it so far, thanks for making it affordable 😊

I have just discovered your channel, and I wanted to say thank you. Really, thank you so much for showing that you can eat big portions of healthy food. I’m 30 and have struggled with binging and dieting since I was 13. I have never had any balance in my eating pattern: it was all (binging on junk food almost everyday) or nothing (healthy food in ridiculously small quantities). I’m on a journey to find balance and leave obesity behind, and your video is very inspiring. Thank you ❤️

"I thought it would be nice to pick out some baby clothes for her" aka Mario's ovaries explode as he checks out all the baby clothes hehe - Literally been smiling throughout the whole video I love these two!! EDIT: Natacha until you press whichever option you want to use for audio when you join a zoom call nobody can hear you and nobody can hear them just to give you a little peace of mind haha

How do you eat intuitively when you live with someone? I'm finding it difficult now that I live with my boyfriend. So for the sake of closeness and togetherness, we have to agree to cook the same meal, and we eat at the same time.

I'm also currently dealing with a lower back injury and struggling to not return to my usual fitness routine. It's nice to have some camaraderie at the moment and feel better about having to find some alternatives to stay active. I'm currently rollerblading and doing yoga for the foreseeable future! Love your content ♥️
