Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes (300 g - 11 oz)
- 100 g (4 oz) of walnuts
- 60 g (2.1/2 oz) parmesan
- A few mint leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
