A Grom Exhaust that Makes POWER?!

I've shown you guys the best Honda Grom Exhaust for the money, but what about the best exhaust for power? According to my ever accurate butt dyno, this ZOOM Loop exhaust feels more powerful!
In this video I film a Grom exhaust install, an exhaust sound comparison test with Idle/Fly by, and finally a SPEED test. Trust me, I've read enough forum posts and watched enough videos to know that a Honda Grom (MSX 125) or a Kawasaki Z125 can't make noticeable power unless you do a big bore kit. Or can it? After this video was filmed, I put 100 miles on this exhaust after a ECU rest on the Grom. My 0-50 Mph time was NOTICEABLY faster with more bite in the high end. Much better than my Grom AR exhaust (Adonly Racing) aka the Fooligan exhaust.

EVMEDIA to my own personal reference...the best exhaust sound and looks over all exhausts is Hotlap exhaust..come in 2nd is the yoshimura..but I will pick Hotlap over any exhausts out there....

Just got my used grom last week and already put 400 miles on it. Never ridden a bike and I already went 70 down a canyon and can lift the front wheel off. Amazing bike. Looks like I'm getting the exhaust you have now!

I got the AODonly exhaust from Msx125 it’s in the mail coming. Once I put it on do I have to adjust anything on the bike ? It would be great if you can make a video on that!

dont waste your money! just but a cam and a tuned ecm for 160. keep the stock pipe and file where they welded the flange inside the header to open it up more. im bone stock except the cam and tune and i beat every other grom that has aftermarket intake and pipes.

I'm pretty sure you need a retune if you swap out the entire exhaust, or the bike will run fairly lean. The weight reduction is the biggest "hp" increase you are gonna feel from the stock exhaust.

makes them run lean unless you upgrade ECU and you can't just reset the original Grom ECU as people say on you tube ends up costing about 1,000.00 to do it right but if you want it to sound loud and last about 10,000 miles buy one great vid and looks good . original Grom

How about a high compression DOHC valvetrain? Titanium headers ported polished everything.. 225bhp per ton would be 28.125hp for this displacement. Imagine a big bore kit with a motor built to that spec? I think that'd be really cool

if you run a modded airbox, then I think it would definitely be lean. With an exhaust only, it's deemed safe

No the ECU re learns when you out on exhaust so you get more fuel

Only up to a certain point though. To big of a Air Intake change, and exhaust, it'll not be able to compensate. But i did the usual airbox mods, and exhaust, and still runs great on my 17

Ecu will compensate for an exhaust but it will still run just as lean as it was with standard exhaust. Ecu is programmed to run engine in a very lean state from factory. Add an exhaust and it will of course re-learn to compensate but will still run just as lean so not dangerous, but don’t do an air filter mod too as it will be too much

I think the mounting bracket goes between the rear master cylinder and the rear set not behind the master cylinder it would put the mount forward so it wont rub the rear set

Well, let me give you a few scenarios: I hit a patch of sand in a turn and it falls. I pop a bad wheelie and it falls. I get hit by a car and it falls. I look at it wrong at it falls. Does that help or no

Color scheme of this bike: Black n white..with a bit of red..then add a splash of gold + some orange +bronze/copper like colors then add chrome on top of that... Bro if you like your bike awesome... but the color scheme is like a blind person trying to mix n match cloths together never seeing (get it) what they actually look like.... but aside from that..the grom is one fun bike. + ALLDAYANTHONY But I did enjoy the video none the less and the info.

idk reminds me of the ricer fart can mufflers.never really understood that fad.louder doesn't mean better .but now let's get to the loop design that is made to create back pressure and that will create torque and that's what you are feeling so thats a big plus .i just wish these companies would do away with the fart can design and come up with something that looks good and sounds good . but until they do i would say this exhaust is a good deal and will give your grom more torque.by the way nice grom and great vids!!
