Chef’s Da Lat- One of my favorite restaurants in Da Lat. From the motto being farm to table, to the care taken for the produce before it even makes it to the kitchen, the hospitality from the staff, and the chef and her story. I love this place so much and I hope you will also give it a chance when in Da lat. Make sure to always eat some extra tiramisu for me and enjoy this place for a long time, because it’s much like a fine wine, it just keeps getting better with time.

I was born in Đà Lạt but live in the States now for 39 years. I’ve always remember Đà Lạt because of it beautiful weather. It was well known to Vietnamese tourists as the honeymoon city, thành phố mộng mơ, or thành phố sương mù. Thank you for sharing this video, Max! I miss Đà Lạt💕

I can mention 2 issues with Vietnamese restaurants: 1) they don't understand how toxic the food can be when the coating layer of the non-stick pan is worn off; 2) the server is not presentable or polite.
