I’ve just brewed a coconut stout with clipper yeast bonkers what could go wrong?😜it’s about fermented put the coconut dry hop in last night. I like the logic lower ABV you need a bigger mouthful brilliant🤣👍another decent brew lads and another great video cheers 👍🍻

Bottling a styrian dragon pale tomorrow, pilgrim to bitter and styrian at 10 mins and 30 min hopstand. Pale malt, torrified wheat and a bit of cara gold 3.9% 1187 Ringwood yeast. Smells good in the fermentation fridge so fingers crossed

Styrian dragon pale turned out lovely, similar to mosaic to me to be honest. Not as in your face as mosaic but very nice. Maybe one to do as a single hop
