Thank you all so much for being here! I appreciate each and every one of you. We have put together a giveaway for you to express our gratitude for your support of our channel. I also got up for some fun in the kitchen and made some bread, smoked some hams and made the most delicious squash.

Good Luck!
Pan Fried Squash
1 large butternut squash, seeded and sliced into 1 inch slices*
4 tbsp butter, divided
6 tbsp dark brown sugar, divided
2 tsp cinnamon, divided
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ( or to taste)
2 tsp salt, divided
2 tsp black pepper, divided
1. In a large frying pan, melt 2 tbsp of the butter. Peel the squash, then lay 1/2 of it in the pan, not overlapping. Turn heat to medium.
2. Sprinkle 3 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper over squash. Fry until brown on the bottom, turn and brown the other side. Squash will get gooey and candied as it cooks.
3. When first pan is done, transfer to oven safe dish and keep warm at 170 degrees.
4. Cook second batch the same as the second.
