Looking at the Sabr rankings Arco is currently at 9277 with 42 appearances. That gives him an overall of 221 points per appearance. Lina Kitty is third at at 7076 with 25 appearances and that gives her an average of 283 points per appearance. However, there are a couple of other players that stand out as well. Fanti13 has racked up 6146 points with only 15 appearances, that makes him the highest point producing player with at least 10 appearances. There are a few more worth mentioning: Theredapple1, samboy!123 and tiger1512 all have a higher point production per event than Lina Kitty does, but fewer events. Then there is some scrub at 6437. ;-) Just some cool notes from the rankings.

The Sabr ranking system only takes into consideration the 10 highest scoring events, so this is not completely correct ;)

I'm all for mess around alt accounts. But intentionally staying a low level as a grandmaster is crooked as hell. It should be considered cheating. If I play my heart out against a grandmaster it's criminal to get novice points should I win. Vice versa as well. If I get smoked by an obvious grandmaster, it's criminal to get tanked by losing to "a novice". Regardless of your skill or how you feel about the ranking system, you're a cancer to the game diminishing hard work.

But what if that is his "legitimate" ranking based on the games he has played this season? I don't know what caliber player I actually am because the ranking system is busted. One day I could be 22,000 RP rated master and I have a bad streak where I don't get the spawn luck/card luck/dice luck (or hell, maybe I just played bad) and go out in 6th a few times and suddenly I am an 8,000 RP rated intermediate. And to be honest, in a FFA game like Risk, the winner isn't determine by who is the "best" but rather who is in position to take advantage of another player's mistake.

@@desyncer A grandmaster does not reach novice through bad luck. Going up or down a few thousand points is normal. Being 20+ thousand below your true skill level takes effort.
