I read the copy of the NAR settlement agreement sent out by Realtor magazine and NAR , and I see in para 59 it states that all the obligations of para 58 (which are the items we are implementing now such as no longer publishing BA commission on the mls ) will TERMINATE after 7 years …”. I have not heard anyone commenting on that ! It’s huge light at the end of the tunnel !! Could we get some further input regarding that point ?

I have only had ONE person asking about this infamous lawsuit. IMO it’s so fucking stupid that the coop (for the subject property) can be posted on our website but not on the mls. Anyway, I’m going back to work ☎😎🏡🚪
