That was great! Once I decided to become a minimalist I started to get rid of stuff (obvioulsy), but my bedroom has always been the worst part. It seems like the more I take outside, the more stuff exists in my bedroom. I'm afraid I might get to a point where there is only my matress on the floor. But seriously though, it is unbelievable how much we realize we don't really need to be happy when we start getting rid of useless things.

This is all so true! I don't think people realize how many of their habits are formed and enabled simply by environmental things. If that stuff is no longer around to distract you or encourage habits you no longer want... then you're free of those habits and BOOM, productivity. Thanks, dude!

I'd imagine that you've seen matts podcast with James Clear as he talks about not only habits but the external enviorment aswell. Simply put that if you were to he building a habit but your enviorment would promote the bad ones it would be easier to pick the easiest route you therefore no matter how much discipline you've built up it would eventually crack down as you would start to indulge in an unhealthy lifestyle. The opposite can be true as well I believe James even talks about this on how of you make it easier for good habits to he performed and bad habits to be much more challenging to practice then your lifestyle will change dramatically. Changing the external enviorment to aid in your lifestyle makes your life more productive.

Sterling, I'm 22 years old and I hate the fact that when you tell you are 23 and you've been on film making for a year I suddenly feel like I'm on the right path but when I go to Nathaniel Drew's and he says he is 21 and have been on film making for 4 years I feel _so_ far behind in life.
