Hi Eddie, thanks for a great tutorial video! As I’m living oversea, frozen or dried shredded coconut are the only options, can I use that? If yes, how to re-hydrate the coconut? Thanks in advance. 😊🙏
@ShiokmanEddie6 жыл бұрын
I've not used those type before but you can try steaming them until they're soften.

How much batter is in 1 ladle full? I want to make these for a party. Also, how many pancakes do you get with this recipe?
@ShiokmanEddie4 жыл бұрын
I don't know, It depends on how big is your ladle and how much filling you want to roll inside. You can make it small or large, it's all up to you.

Hi, how many recipes do I need to make from your pulut inti's coconut filling for this kuih ketayap recipe? Also, roughly how many rolls will u get with this recipe?
@ShiokmanEddie4 жыл бұрын
You can try with 1 recipe first as any extras you can store in the fridge. As for how many pieces you can get depends on the size and thickness of your pancake. Your first few tries will not turn out well until you get the right temp for your pan. So hard to say exactly how many you will get.
