any other nimrod would understand that "Organic" is a scam! In order to get the qualifications to be considered organic they only need to have 30% of their process actually be organic. That just consists of the pesticides. To which they have to use times as much of the organic pesticides. Which are actually more harmful. You should know that just because something is natural or organic does not mean it is safe to consume or use!

Silicon is a natural chemical element used in computers (Silicon Valley). Silicone (like ice cream cone) is the man made material you were talking about. Happy to see Costco has the Simple Mills Banana Bread!

Mollie, the almond flour crackers have sunflower oil in the ingredients. I thought sunflower oil is an inflammatory oil not to consume?

I believe I saw organic sunflower oil on the crackers you recommended. Sunflower oil (yes, even organic) is highly inflammatory.

Yes, I agree, sunflower oil is not one I recommend using daily, but in the occasional treat I don't stress about it.

Love this! Where DO you buy your meats? We browsed Costco today and it’s the one thing I’m not sold on.

Yeah I do end up buying meat from Costco just because it's more affordable that way but their grass-fed or pasture-raised options are *very* limited. I like to buy from the local farmers market or the Whole Foods butcher actually has decent prices on grass-fed steak

Costco has great organic lemon juice in a glass bottle. When you brown bananas the sugar content raises substantially. Better to freeze them when green. Spinach is high in oxalates. All seed oils should be avoided not just canola oil. The Costco I shop at now carries a store brand Organic A2 Grassfed Milk.

Great video! Unfortunately, I do NOT like the Primal avocado mayo. I'll be trying an avocado oil mayo next to *hopefully* switch from Best Foods. I think my 53 year old taste buds may be set in their ways! Also, I use that avocado oil that I pour into a trigger spray bottle (specifically for cooking oil). Works great and cuts down on landfill waste!

I agree that the Primal doesn’t taste quite the same. Give the Chosen Foods one a chance! It tastes pretty close to classic mayo 😋
