This is beyond powerful : "You give too much power to the thing when you complain about it". Whoa.

Today’s episode reminds me a lot of when Bill Beswick talks about fighter vs. victim mentality. If you haven’t already Sahil, I highly recommend checking out his stuff. Feel like it’d be right up your alley. I came across him preparing for my sports comps. He mostly talks about sports psychology at the highest levels but I’ve found the learnings carry over to everyday life and business. Question: What did you learn from playing D1 baseball? And, how much do you think playing a sport at the competitive levels contributed to your successes? Thanks Sahil. Appreciate the content!

Complaining - I've thought about this a lot over the last 12 months quite a bit (a period when I quit my FT job as an actuary due to a toxic environment) and went all-in into building a health coaching business. I often wonder if I complained a lot about my situation and could I really evaluate what I could control v. what I couldn't more keenly. I guess I'll never know since my default personality is never complaining. Thanks for showing up each day for all of us Sahil! Would love for you to make a video on my question yesterday - if you had to start it all over again, what fundamental principles you'd follow. - Harsh

Heyy Sahil, I have a question, I believe progress in something that is one of the biggest motivators, once you see yourself making progress it becomes easier to stick to a habit, but that takes time. So how does one keep himself on the right path till the time progress becomes visible.

Another insightful video, Sahil! Do you personally journal everyday, and if so, how does it help with things like motivation/discipline? Also, any tips on how to emotionally and mentally deal with hard times/days where things don't go as planned?

what techniques did you use to wake up early in the morning? and how long did it take to make it a habit? and do you also wake up on Sunday at the time because I noticed you so cold plunge late in the day😅?
