Respect that you did it three times. I can't even imagine doing it once, let alone missing a turn twice and having to give it your all again on the third attempt. Respect!

As someone who rides those hills ALL THE TIME, Grandview is childs play compared to Valley View. at 22%. Come in to Fernwood off of Topanga and and at the first left hand hairpin turn, ..... go right. I can not climb like you do these days having broken my hips two years ago, but Grandview is NOTHING compared to Valley View....... 22% for a 1/4 mile with no let up......... way more of a challenge.

This is the correct Strava activity with the KOM (third attempt) www.strava.com/activities/7271669712/segments/2969336898931533814 On the video, he missed a turn very early, should have stayed left and turned onto Obervation Dr. On the second attempt, he was supposed to stay left and turn onto Croydon Ln.
