The people who say the Netherlands suck haven't been to the right places. Yes, it is a bit flat here, but go ride on the bike paths in the dunes, go to the Veluwe, The Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Limburg. And remember, from the Netherlands to Alpe d'huez is about as far as from San Fransisco to LA.

no idea if you will read this or not, but have you ever considered supplementing your cycle training with a couple of run workouts each week. say a short interval session of 10 x 20 second sprints with 2 mins jog recovery, a 30 min to an hour slow run (zones 1 and 2) and a split session, eg 5k with 3k in zone 2, 1k in zone 3 and the final 1k in zone 4 (tempo). You'd be surprised by how much it improves your overall cardio system, plus the impact of running can also help increase bone density and muscular endurance in the glutes and hamstrings which i strongly believe will give you that extra marginal gain. If youre new to running though, start with short distances and build slowly

Get a Wi-fi sender fitted to your Di2 wiring then you can read gearing and battery levels. Works with my Garmin 1030 so hopefully it will work with your bike computer too. Plenty of vids on KZbin!

Agree. It worked w my 830 and now with my 1030. Once fully charged it lasts a good long time. Also you can read the lights to get an idea of it’s status. But the wireless is best.

Mmmm, great video as always and great to see you on the bike again. However, this is why the Ekar groupset is a lot better. It's not electric. It has Ultra shift manual. If you don't know what that means, it means you can change 5 gears up or down with one lever/button at the speed you want to and the number of gears you want to. You don't need electronic gears and it was invented and released in 2009, so all very well tested. The problem is that Ekar is supplied via a small family business, which leads to a few supply issues and cost issues. However, the fact is a more flexible, reliable, faster groupset is Ekar. GRX is fine and good value, better is available.

I've got a pitbull and she is a die hard cuddler... So I usually know I need to shower when my dog starts to refuse to hop into my bed at night and cuddle. 9/10 times it's an indication that I stink lmao As for the FBI, I'd research that location and see if anything has happened in the past several weeks. If they're real, They could be following a lead on a kidnapping/trafficking situation or killer etc, You know? seems possible as I imagine that road sees a lot of runner's and hiker's and unfortunately, Women are always vulnerable to such acts--Especially when out on trails like that. Hopefully it's nothing like that though!. On second thought, If they were real and investigating a lead and needed secrecy, I'm sure they would've stopped you and said something about your GoPro. same goes if they were making any kind of deal(p.s. commented this before seeing the exchange lol) Real FBI would spot your GoPro. Really does make you wonder though. Why'd the guy have his kids with him?
