Great workout, i really enjoyed it and i will for sure try it today, yesterday i did like 6 workouts (abs, chest, legs, tricep, full and streching) and it felt amazing, sure this quarantine feels awful but what can we do? health first ⚽

You can get a lot of these workouts from an app called Freeletics. Great HIT workouts combined with running and free weight.

Do you have advice on how much rest we should take in between sets when we're doing some explosiveness/agility drills? Like shuttle runs (suicide runs) or quick feet drills with cones? I heard the rest is supposed to be about a minute, since you're only trying to work the fast twitch muscle fibres instead of fatiguing them with short rest.

When training speed I would usually rest at least 5 times the amount of time that you work. For example, if you work for 10 seconds you should rest at least 50 seconds to allow your fast twitch muscle fibres to recover. If you are working for endurance I would recommend shorter rest.
