Today I want to show you a stretch you can do right at your desk that can help prevent the most common causes of pain.
If you sit at a desk all day, you might think there’s no way to stop the negative effects of prolonged sitting. After all, sitting for long periods of time can lead to a higher chance of cardiovascular disease, prevent healthy digestion, tighten your muscles and cause stiffness in your neck, shoulders, back and legs.
My philosophy is that you need to keep your body moving and moving in the right way to stop your joint pain issues, so I want to show you a couple of easy stretches you can do right at your desk to reactivate those muscles that can be forgotten during your 8 hour work day.
