We've reviewed the film on our main channel but here we thought we'd take another gander at the movie and talk about the ending, and some of the characters that we really enjoyed, and so keep in mind people - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Yeah, he's one of the bigger name actors in the movie and they introduced him and killed his wife within like 10 minutes

I'm glad they didn't go the full "Man is the real monster!" route, with the monsters just becoming a lethal wildcard. That would just turn it into every other post apocalyptic movie, just with a different reason for the apocalypse. I'm tired of seeing it. Also, what exactly do the aliens want...? They don't seem to eat people, they just kill them, rip them apart, etc.

The people were chillen on the island cause the aliens cant swim. The only reason one made it to the island is cause it was hiding in the boat. I did hate the way the black man died.

this movie takes place in millbrook, ny in the hudson valley. it was thed last place i worked before the pandemic happened so this gave me feels...

The only thing that confused me is if these creatures don’t like sound or high pitched noises disturb them how did they survive when the meteor crashed

Oh, that would be cool -if the 3rd movie is from the view of the aliens and like they said, they kill because they need to stop the noices. That will be the big twist in the 3rd movie.

They're gonna have to do a time jump for part 3. They shot part 2 right after the first one, and it's been a about 2 years since they shot the sequel. The kids probably look noticeably older.

I enjoyed part 2 much more than part 1 even though I love the first movie. I enjoyed seeing the creatures more, the character development. That the kids actually have more screen time, although some parts made me think why the hell are you doing that! I liked that they showed what day 1 was like and how sudden everything happened, all I could think was welp I'd be dead. There was one scene in particular involving the creatures where I thought mmm no, not buying that. Overall very enjoyable, the scares worked for me, it kept me on the edge of my seat

They played my boy Djimon grimey. Went from smart guy to complete idiot in 20 seconds. It was so forced, just had to make a reason to kill him. Why couldnt Cillian have died and Djimon and the girl operate the radio???

If the monsters are killing people because the noise just hurt their ears, they would eventually just end up at the ocean attacking the waves as they crash on the beach or if they're by a river they be charging at the waterfall swatting at it. Or they'd end up attacking each other, since they make a hell of a lot more noise than people

Omg I had the same sound issues with my film screening except it happened near the middle and initially I thought t was part of the film from the deaf girl's perspective, but then conversations happened when I realised the sound went out. Luckily it was fixed not too long afterwards.

Me & my wife wasn't feeling a Quiet place part 2. Felt it was boring, suspense wasn't working for us. A couple of good jump scares, earned onces. But it only picks up last 20 minutes on it ending in cliffhanging begging for money for a part 3.

I just saw this movie in theaters yesterday. It was good. The kids made a couple of dumb decisions, but they were much more realistic dumb choices that I can believe kids their age would make, such as Marcus leaving their shelter, even on a severely injured ankle, to check to see if their mom was coming back and to explore around the area a bit when she left after awhile because he was getting scared and didn’t have a strong grasp on what he was doing, or Reagan going by herself to go find that radio station. It’s more believable stuff that teenagers would do because they are stupidly brave, curious, or impulsive.
