When I was a little girl, my grandpa had a small herd of Jersey cows. When my parents, my older brothers, and I visited I would sneak out of bed at dawn to go and do the morning milking with him. He and I would each bring a mug and drink frothy cupfuls of fresh milk, still warm from the cow. It was always just the two of us and felt like such a special treat! He passed away several years ago and sold his herd several years before that, but those peaceful morning milkings are still one of my most treasured memories more than twenty years later.

Girl! Life happens. My 3 and 4 year old locked themselves in a bathroom without the entire door handle assembly on and my father-in-law had to come rescue them all while the baby was screaming. Life’s not perfect, yours just happens to be on film. Thank you for being transparent with us. We bless you!!!❤️

That reminds me of the time I ran the garbage outside and I was in a hair wrap and house coat (just finished showering). My 2.5 year old decided to lock the door behind me (my 1 year old was in her playpen). I didn't have a phone or keys. I asked her to please open the door and she said "mommy, I don't know how". I had to run to the neighbours to phone my mom. She brought the back up key but she knocked on the door and said "hunny, grandma would like to visit with you but the door is locked". My daughter said "okay gamma" and proceeded to unlock the door.

Good afternoon, R and R. Had a rough day today, glad to see a video from you after such a rough one... Woke up to our car gone. The family wagon with the car seats and some other special items like my son's bedtime buddy (stuffed fox),gone while we slept in the living room with the windows open. Makes us feel unsafe. Stressed. It has already been very difficult. Then later this afternoon we got the news that the auto shop my hubby has been working for has sold and he will be laid off at the beginning of September. He just went through two weeks of being laid off at his other job. We are surviving but not thriving at the moment.
