Also TJ's should sponsor you! 🙂Seriously it's 2 am but now because I watched your vlog, I NEED to go to Trader Joe's. I actually have been shopping there since the 90s. They were always fun but they used to do this thing where so many items would default to "super spicy AGAIN." Lots more flavor variety these days! Try the riced cauliflower bowl with chickpeas and sweet potatoes! The cauliflower gnocchi are also great. I add them to stir-fried veggies for a simple healthy meal. Thanks for inspiring me to eat better and get back in the gym. You are always such a breath of fresh air.

okay i have to tell y’all- i tried to make the Alexis Breakfast, but i couldnt remember how she usually does it so i just made something up and it was 🫳 so-so. but then i watched this video and realized i did it COMPLETELY wrong! so i’m going to have to try again, add onions and spinach and sausage, roast the veggies with the egg, and make a different form of hashbrowns as well as actually add spices and cheese this time. the lesson here is to actually look at the original source before you try a new recipe lol
