bigkahunaburger well it depends...too much white flour, starchy veggies, sugar can make you diabetic. So there is a limit to everything. That's why Stephanie ur not getting hate because ur a person that simply is lovable and even if one wanted to hate they have nothing to pick on. @Randomperson-fr1qg5 жыл бұрын
Verena Bauer You don’t understand the context. She used to require 5-6k calories to reach satiety. She went “all in” to help her fix her extreme hunger. This video is showing where she is months in to her recovery when she is already starting to eat a bit more normally.
@mazhar-44655 жыл бұрын
Random person #20 well the question is why she even reached that stage of extre hunger. we have many fitness girls who manage it differently...anyways...this only shows us buttermore was never a healthy fitness freak in the first place. we all want to look fit and workout hard and here she comes with: All in with her science drama. Imagine other people doing all in! They cant even afford to eat that much as she eats ..😂
@Randomperson-fr1qg5 жыл бұрын
Naghmana mazhar No I think we’re mostly on the same page. She wasn’t nourishing herself properly under the guise of “health and fitness” to the point where she needed to do extreme cheat days every now and then to actually satisfy her hunger. This all in journey was supposed to feed her body as much as she feels it needs to get to a place where she doesn’t need thousands upon thousands upon thousands of calories to feel full. And I agree that a lot of people probably couldn’t afford to go in, but it’s good that Stephanie is in a good enough place in life to be able to get away with this sort of lifestyle for a while, so good for her.

@breanamartin76635 жыл бұрын
@Keep Rocking! Shes eating a balanced diet. And calorie counting is a difficult concept for a lot of people to understand because calories in vs calories out affects how much you lose/gain or if you maintain. You dont know how active she is or what her goal is (which I'm sure is something she discussed with a professional) so you dont know how many calories she needs to consume in a day. And btw, comparing her health to the health of people making the choice to drink or use drugs is super dramatic. Just stop being judgemental and move on with your day.
@ClaireStClair-dq1po5 жыл бұрын
@Keep Rocking! She was starving before this "all in" experience, and is doing all this to keep her hunger satiated, so what, she has gained a lot of weight, she look a lot healthier, and you can see its help her mentally. She was basically torturing herself working her ass off to keep that fit body she once had and restricting calories. We love seeing a healthier, body positive Steph. If you have a problem with what she eats, it's actually got nothing to do with you.
@yolamoondaughter46605 жыл бұрын
@Keep Rocking! She wasn't starving? So you would call it healthy to be cold all the time, not to be able to think about anything but food because you're so hungry, to lack both strength and energy to get through a normal day? Oh my, we really have a different understanding of the word 'healthy'.

Thanks Stephanie. I started following you ages ago cause I was obsessed with your abs. Your lean physique. Wanting to look like you but never being able to be disciplined enough to get there or would feel weak, tired, depleated and the lifestyle I lead to get my body to such low levels of body fat affected me physically and mentally. Ate into my social life, made me hungry and obsessed with food, binged as soon as I got the chance to have a cheat meal, was cold, unhappy but my physique was what people aspired to. This all in is so meaningful to me. It proves 6 pack does not always equal health and fitness. It also doesnt always mean happiness even if you have one and it doesnt make you any stronger with one then without one. You're amazing. It's easy to say you should accept ur best self and embrace what ur born with and luv the skin ur in. Not always easy to truly believe it when you see a reflection that your mind battles to believe is beautiful when its healthy. I am so proud of you. You are worth so much more than just a 6 pack. I’m so proud of you and the direction you are taking with your channel. I have a really high metabolism and if I’m not careful I lose weight extremely fast. I’m also constantly hungry, but I can’t have huge meals because then I feel sick. The thing that’s is the worst about all of it is that I’ll go from feeling like I’m starting to get hungry to shaky and feeling like I can’t think straight from how hungry I get in a matter of like 10min. I have had the goal in my mind to try and eat more calories and work towards gaining weight because those issues are really starting to affect my everyday life and mood. I hate that when you explain to most ppl how having a fast metabolism can get in the way and how you can’t keep weight on they will roll their eyes and not take you seriously. Thank you for making videos showing your weight goals and showing people not everyone just wants to lose weight and that gaining weight can be about wanting to feel healthier

This guy is gold for respecting what she decide to do with her body and also supporting her through the whole process. I mean it would have been tough without a person who will support you. I don't know how wrong or right I am. But that's what I feel like him.

Stephanie, I’ve been struggling with my self esteem and food relationship this year. I was under eating way too much and just paying attention to all of the wrong things. Thank you for doing this series. This month I’ve been eating very intuitively and I’ve been loving food instead of hating it lately. I do think it is because of the positive influence you’ve been showing us in these videos. I think that there are too many videos out there misguiding and making girls feel bad about food. Thanks for showing us we can feel good about food and ourselves at the same time. Love you

You’re so inspiring Stephanie, thank you for sharing your story. You have been my favourite KZbinr from the start because you have such a genuine and kind persona, but you’ve definitely become a role model for me overtime! Thanks for being so damn amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love seeing a woman eat!! Yes, we girls need food, not just tiny portions here and there. And I love that you are eating at least one plant based meal a day 🌱 You look gorgeous and happy and it really seems that the all in approach was the right thing for you 💕

@Keep Rocking! Her face is perfect and is plump she has no excess fat on her face period she has no double chin. You just want to attack her on her looks to make yourself feel better. She used to have abs and was very unhealthy and she was shredded to the bone. How is that healthy exactly?

@Keep Rocking! excess portions it's not what leads to obesity.... Bad food choices and lack of exercise does. And she'll be fine, right now she's having fun with food since for a long time she's been deprived of. She exercises and she knows what's healthy to eat.

Anytime I feel upset about my body or like I have to cut down my food to try and lose weight (I'm already at a healthy weight) I watch your videos. They remind me that restricting won't get me anywhere. I can focus on eating satisfying, nutritious meals slowly, mindfully and with my hunger queues and just respect that my body might not want to change.

I've just found your channel through your most recent video about gaining weight this year and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see someone doing fitness content who has a similar body shape to me. I've been wanting to get more into fitness but keep holding myself back because of how I feel about how my body looks, but your approach to eating and fitness has given me a boost in motivation I really need. Subscribed to see what else is in store for you :)

Wow, I just found you on KZbin and you're literally changing my life. I've been struggling with my recent weight gain (I'm an actress and feel like I need to look a certain way to be successful in my industry) and I haven't been able to cope with my body image. I've always struggled with my body image and I'm hungry ALL THE TIME. I've been afraid to eat recently because I've actually been gaining weight because of stress (quarantine, personal family issues, and transitioning to the new norm). Seeing you eating freely while working out and staying healthy seems like A DREAM. Thank you for your inspiration. Also you're so beautiful! Seeing you happy, eating freely, working out, and being confident with your weight gain has been so eye opening and inspiring. Thank you.

I love that her eating "all in" is just eating basically. She isn't finding everything edible and stuffing it into her mouth, she is starting to come back to a more natural way of eating- when you are hungry. She is still increasing her calories, but with mainly nutritious things which I think is great.
