По вкусу , думаю, он подходит к чаю или к кофе. Нужно попробовать без сахара взбить, добавить только соль. Готовится легко. 👋😄

Яйца слегка взбить венчиком добавить немного соли и молока.Так же под крышкой жарить и получится пышный омлет.

​@77 Goldblack 설탕을 안넣어도 부풀기는 합니다. 그러나 흰자를 머랭칠때 설탕을 적절히 넣아주면서 작업해야 머랭을 구성하는 거품들이 단단해져서 크기를 유지하는 유지력이 강해지게 됩니다. 따라서 조리시에 유지력이 강하면 커진상태 그대로 유지되면서 조리되어 최종적으로 커다란 수플레가 완성됩니다. 결국 설탕을 넣어주는게 좋겠지요 ^^
