The tapestry Museum was amazing to see. As someone else mentioned in the comments in the United States this is not something you see very often. The Getty has a beautiful tapestry section, but just a few items. I also really enjoy seeing the food and how creative and healthy French food is. Oh, and Lancelot! That little dog has my heart. So nice to see Maria ‘s mother as well.

I have not visited a tapestry museum and am learning so much. They are akin to paintings in that they tell a story. Seeing the loom helped me feel how it could be construed as drudgery to make one. It seems a shame step on them as rugs. Cold stone walls needed those for insulation. Thank you for the excursion.
