Ha! Not all US citizens are looking for fireworks - I'm not! I swear...I feel like a displaced European, (unfortunately) born and raised in the States. "american's are looking for fireworks..." So true. I've been learning over time to judge something based on the simple gut reaction: "Is it good?" Is the real question. Thanks Chef for the video! So lucky that you get to go to these places! hah

American people always want a WOW, a surprise. Not everyone though. Last time I went to a restaurant the spaghetti there almost dehydrated me... salty to death, lots and lots of rosemary.
