In my opinion I feel that Europeans have pride in the work that they do it’s not considered beneath them. Also the craftsmanship that goes into cooking a meal or creating Chocolate or anything... garden Vegetables, fish anything they take pride in their work and they are treated with respect I would hope or that’s my sense.

I would be more concerned over a chocolatier who wore gloves than one who did not. Ive never seen a cooking show were anyone wore gloves.
