You can pull off what they did in this video, several things you need if you keep trying I’m sure you can acquire for free, then put back 20-40 bucks a month until you get the rest. It’s really not that hard to build the raft they built. Honestly it’s mostly just measuring and cutting wood, screws, and ratchet straps… stuff you can easily learn if you don’t know how yet.

The night she passed- I was driving home from work- I was 23. I saw a falling star and I know- that was her saying goodbye. You're supposed to install tire stems into each one of those barrels. And you should have a bike pump. With no pressure in those barrels water will find a way in overtime. Some will be faster than others. However if you put 10:15 lb of pressure in each barrel.... The leaking happens the other way. Little drain valves are helpful too. This way if you do get water in one of them. You use your bike pump to pump it up to about 15 pounds. you open up the drain plug and all the water shoots out. Simple upgrades

Well, I've watched the whole episode 3 times now. Being someone who's worked in producing documentary for years, I have to say how wild it is that Steve can shoot and edit these hour+ river boating documentaries within a WEEK. I admire Steve's professionalism when it comes to creating this content for us. He's clearly thinking the video through with every clip he records, and has clearly done his prep work beforehand. Not to mention, meanwhile navigating a raft on a shallow, unwieldy river! Couldn't imagine a rafting/camping partner as cool as Crazy Neighbour... always up for an adventure and is obviously genuinely great company. I know a TON of time and effort goes into making these videos, but boy does Steve make it seem easy... he's just "got it" - and I'm sure his rapidly growing fanbase here will agree! Certainly my favourite channel on KZbin, certainly better than 99% of "reality" tv out there.

Steve, after an exhausting day of work and a terribly unlucky evening of fantasy football, I was an anxious mess looking forward to nothing more than a relaxing camping vid. Little did I know I'd be fortunate enough to be gifted with a whole hour of Steve! Your calm demeanor is a godsend. Keep up the hard work and hunker down!

This reminds me of river trips my family used to do on the Black River in Wisconsin. We would round up anything that would float and have a big group that would float, fish and swim down the river. We spent a lot of time pulling our rigs off the shallow spots too. A lot of good memories.
