If you do not already collect or trade pins, the best advice is to buy one of the packs where you get a lanyard and 4-5 pins. This are available in most of the shops around the park that sell pins and also in The World Of Disney, in Disney village. If you are staying onsite, your hotel shop will likely have some too. These are great for trading with cast members and on the trading board. If you enjoy it, you can then start to build a trading collection with different pins for your next trip! (There are lots of pin events in the UK too)

Great video, so many great trades! No surprise you webt straight for the Rapunzel pin! LOL We've never managed to get to that Frontierland pin shop as it apparently only opens weekends and when we go to DLP it's week days 😔 That last Cast Member seemed very reluctant to trade, didn't he? But everyone else seemed very happy to which was loveky to see! X

Yes the last cast member was very strange I felt very awkward with him. I then checked my pin he gave me and it wasn’t a limited edition (like he said) it was a limited release. Gutted 😞 however this was the only bad pin trading experience we have ever had 😊

I like how the cast members look for authentic pins… I feel like you’re gonna be disappointed when you trade in America… because cast members don’t do that :( they let a lot of people trade scrappers for good pins.

Thank you for the warning, we have heard about scrappers in the US parks. We are going to take lots of simple OE pins to trade!

@disneyanddaysout there's definitely a ton of scrappers but Frontierland Trading Post and Pin Traders in Disney Springs you can find serious collectors there with their whole collections

The Antiques and Curios store right past the entrance of Hollywood Studios on the left hand side 😊 if you watch Pincess Shannon's vlog that just came out they had fabulous luck getting all of the new hidden mickey pins from cast member trades!

Hi just to let you know we were there last week and pueblo was closed the whole time we were there, but the pin trading board was out in the thunder mesa shop, (shop opposite big thunder mountain) after lunch time, hope this help😊

Hi, I’m new to pin trading and was wondering if you can only trade the Disney Pins with the Trade logo or any with the Disney Copyright logo on the back? Any hints and tips are appreciated! Thanks x

Hi there yes you are allowed to trade only official Disney pins which have the trading logo, copy right logo and Mickey Mouse silhouette stamp on the back. Most new pins now have Mickey stone on the back which is something they introduced to show authenticity. However be careful as there are lots of scrapper pins out there that have still used those prints on the back so some people think they are real pins. Pincess Shannon has some great videos that show the different between real and fakes. You can normally tell because the enamel on top is sunken and the edges of the pin are not finished well. I hope this helps ☺️

Great video! What time are Pueblos open and pin trading?

Pueblos is open from 10-4 at the weekend. Midweek can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s open and sometimes it’s not. At weekends the time the pin board comes out can vary. Sometime early, sometimes late. We highly recommend asking a cast member in Frontierland and they will usually know.
