A WELCOME UPDATE: NEW Omega Seamaster 300

Complaints on the bezel cost, but no mention that it's actually fully lumed and made of a hardened aluminum. The lume on this piece is incredible and a huge upgrade from the prior model. Also, the "sandwich" numerals and lollipop seconds hand are both great new features. The bracelet also has an on the fly micro adjustment system. Nice video, but definitely think these items should have been touched on, especially if you're trying to say the bezel is a downgrade.

Yeah, I agree. A bit of basic stuff missing, he missed the point saying it should have a ceramic bezel. Why would you on a heritage model? He should also turn the bezel, I bet it has back play. Mine does and all others I've seen do as well

LOL, I actually prefer the black oxalic anodized aluminum bezel. The whole purpose of the new Seamaster 300 is the vintage look with modern elements. Plus, you're getting one of the best in-house movements for under 7 grand (with no date). I used to own several Rolexes and I can promise you they're way overpriced and overhyped. Every time I see a dude with a Rolex I laugh to myself thinking how much he over paid for it. Omega's master chronometers are one of the only movements where even the slightest movement of the watch activates the sweeping seconds hand. With Rolex, I would shake the darn thing for at least 15 seconds to get it to come alive. Heck, even my wife looked at this watch before I pulled the trigger and she was like, "Wow, that is such a classy looking watch." We looked at Rolex, Breitling, Nomos, IWC, Grand Seiko, you name it ... and we kept coming back to this beautiful piece by Omega. I think you definitely have to be a more mature man with a certain degree of class to wear something as understated and elegant as this.
