I've had acne and problematic skin for as long as I can remember and found that micro needling is incredible for scarring and improving texture. I also found that taking fish oil tablets daily really helped me with my redness :)

Loved this vlog! You should totally do a video showing your favourite staples for each clothing item (shorts, shirts, dresses, etc.) and maybe even your staple outfits for times when you can't find anything to wear. I absolutely love your style so I think it would be such a great video!

A tip for using hyaluronic acid, it acts as a humectant (draws in moisture) so I found I got better results by using it before moisturiser because it draws in that moisture and helps your skin hold on to it!
@Tay_Wanders3 жыл бұрын
This is a good tip. You should always apply any serum before moisturizing.

Try introduce a retinol into your skincare routine to help reduce the scarring, I use the ordinary one. Start with a small %. I've noticed a BIG difference over the last 3 months since using it, you have to be consistent and patient :) Research how to use it based on your skin type x
@caseyjean43273 жыл бұрын
I agree! I love the ordinary 0.3% retinol, you only need like 3 drops to start with and I've noticed such a massive difference 👌🏼

And it’s best applied at night, never in the mornings :) cause of the sun

If you turn the fridge so that it's facing the pantry, you'll have more space to access the pantry and you'll avoid the door hitting the wall.

Also serums come first then moisturisers and other heavy products like oils. For the hyaluronic acid serum, you have to use it on damp skin for it to work or else it will just dry out your skin :)

I would really recommend doing no makeup for a week or however long you feel comfortable with. For me, my acne went away when stopped using makeup. It made me more confident too because I was able to not hide my insecurities and know that people don’t actually care. ❤️love you Rach

to reduce scaring just use the niacinamide one ur on the right track :) or retinol but u gotta be careful with that one

Retinol is great for healing scarring, introduce a few times a week and slowly build up! Vitamins like fish oil and zinc promote healing and have helped my skin so much (Also snail mucin, strange but does wonders). Just a tip, use a face mist before applying serums and go from lightest to heaviest! Hope this helps x

You mostly have PIE (post inflammatory erythema) and for that Azelaic acid and Niacinamide are very helpful. You can try the Azclear Azelaic acid it's so great! You can also incorporate a vitamin c serum. It will help with PIE too. Good luck! :)

Definitely incorporate Vitamin C oil in your morning routine after you cleanse your face and before sunscreen!! This has helped my redness and hyperpigmentation significantly! Also crazy enough rubbing an aloe Vera plant all over your face at night before your moisturizer has changed my face entirely! Highly recommend! Also a retinol will help heal scarring! It takes a while to start showing results but it really really helps!💗

Aww love the vlog! 🥺 Also thanks for that little kitchen tour I wanted to see what/how you organise your pantry. 💖 Also that first outfit made you really stand out in the car! 🤩 I noticed my skin has gotten a bit worse since now I work a dusty job and with the wearing face masks, so I want to try to look after my skin better. Definitely want to try natural stuff too! 💖💖💖

Definitely start on a retinol and get yourself a derma roller!! It will make such a difference. My favourite brand is o cosmetics. It is more expensive but you get crazy results xx

I have those same containers and I have found the plastic pull bit on the lid does break so just keep that in mind that they won’t last super long in that sense but the lid is still functional

Your skin is looking amazing! Try The Ordinary retinol at night as someone suggested below. You can get it in different percentages so start with a low one and see how your skin takes it. It’s incredible stuff.

I used the glory oil from eco tan by Sonya, and I legitimately saw a difference with the redness and visibility in my scars after a week, I have very similar scaring and mine has reduced to almost gone after using the glory oil, I’ve tried so many things and I don’t usually comment or recommend things but it seriously changed me life hah❤️ ps love u
