People who complain complain all the time can make other people who do not complain so very tired! That is so true.

Outstanding! Valuable message + beautifully crafted speech. Complaining as a virus is a brilliant analogy. Very insightful description of why we blame--=-the short term payoffs. I was unaware of the physical, neurological impact of complaining. WOW!!

the complaining is not the problem. its that there is to many negative people in the world and to few positive ones. there have to be a healthy balance between the two to create harmony. people need to complain for other people to solve problems and if everybody complains then nobody solves problems. the real problem of today is that generation z have no shame at all. that is caused by the new human rights to allow the protection of awfulness. i wish i could explain a little more but a bot found a illegal word in my typing that prevents that.

You missed the point of the talk. Letting someone who can change something I.e. reporting poor customer service, dangers, issues at a hotel etc does not come under complaining as per his definition. Report problem and obtain a resolution is not complaining. He goes over this clearly in the talk and at length in his other talks. The idea is that no one is doing this. There are plenty of people who problem solve in society. More than ever before.

15-30 complaints a day? You clearly made up this "statistic". What does the bible say about making up things and selling them as truth?
