I don't think this is an abandoned house---it's too clean. It's possible that it is a "get away home" or vacation home. That would explain why it is clean and the yard over grown with the power still on.

@@gracejones2831 exactly. If you leave a building or house and never come back, it is not rotten or collapsed in two weeks or months. It takes time to come in such a state. So it's possible that it is abandoned for a short period of time.

Hi Lesley & Danny, in USA we have never had no container for all your oils from cooking. you use jars & when full you close lid & throw in garbage can. Yes garbage man & truck comes once a week. Yes person could be visiting relatives or on vacation & yes we call them Little People! Nice looking home inside & attic is very clean, plus lights on & water running!

There was some paperwork in one of the drawers. You should go through that to find the name of the owner and other information then you could do research to find out if they are still alive.

Little yet cozy house.. It really doesn't look like abandoned, it's just so clean.. Really unique furniture..Great finding.. That expression of joy on your face after finding electricity is still running, is just priceless, like a child which shows purity of heart.. Stay like this always.. As soon as I saw a Mirror I knew that the house was built for a little person. If you look at all the mirrors he can’t even see his face it shows his torso in the mirror. I certainly agree with the majority that this property is Way too clean to be abandoned. But no one is living there, it looks like its being kept by an occasional visitor. I also know that Leslie's experience of many years exploring across Europe means he'll be more aware of the subtle nuances of an abandoned versus holiday home. If that's a holiday home, it's Boring! Nothing personal there whatsoever, it looks like a property cleared out after the owner has left. It's beautiful but there's so little left it's incredibly hard to tell if the owner was male or female. Beautiful find ❤️

I'm a little person and I'd fit on that couch and in the chairs. My feet dangle from our regular sized furniture and we had to get rid of our bed frame so I don't need a step ladder to get up to it anymore. 🙃 My bathtub is tiny but my shower had is 7 feet high. I had to extend the pipe 4 inches lower so the water will reach my head with enough water pressure. I use a step stool to reach my cabinets in the kitchen.

Hi Ciera Rae, I know exactly how you feel, I also am a little person 4ft 11and 1/2 inches, and I have the same issues as you, this house would suit us down to the ground 😂 least we wouldn't have to dangle our feet over the edge of the sofa and we would be able to reach the kitchen cabinets, without having to stand on a stool or step ladder 😂. X
