I believe what he's talking about when you see a picture and it's of a religious nature is Fátima or our lady of Fátima. This happened in 1917 during the war and the appearances were in Portugal to these three children. It's fairly famous for the prophecy of secrets given to them and I believe that one or two of the secrets have never been released to the public. That and the spinning sun reportedly to have been seen by many people on the site at the chosen time. Interesting reading.

Tonight's video was amazing from Portugal!!!! It's such a shame so many artifacts are just left to rot, just like the beautiful castles & palaces they are in!! You fellas are taking chances with your lives in some of these places you go to!!!!......so PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES; & EACH OTHER.!!!!! You fellas are the best of what you do....the way you show us everything and telling of the stories of where you are. You are thorough and kind, and humble...not arrogant like so many others. I LOVE watching your videos and the adventures you take me & others on!! Great going!!!! Be careful & LORD BLESS YOU ALWAYS. YOU'RE IN MY PRAYERS TO KEEP SAFE!!!!!!! 💞🕯🙏🕯🤗⚘

ABSOULTELY stunning property! from the floors to the furniture and the ceilings, such history and wealth dwelled here. It is such a shame the gorgous furniture and personal items are being left to fade away with the years. I wish someone could atleast hold an auction to atleast give that furniture life again with new owners but who knows why its left to noone or the owners just walking away and doing nothing, such a heart ache and a waste. Thank you again for sharing this video it was a real treat for the eyes and to let us see yet another beautiful place.

Hi Lesley Bros of Decay, Once again I really admired your highly sensitive and very gifted way of your narrating ability. - Great video, which I enjoyed watching, and I also liked to participate in the lifestream, what was a cool experience again. - Thank you for sharing this amazing location with us viewers and taking us on such an inspirational and very interesting tour. - I also liked seeing Danny at your side. - He is a wonderful guy, and I also love watching his videos as well. - At last we viewers also got also a short moment when your adorable brother Jordy was visible, to see him as well at last!! - i think this was a very good idea to reuse this huge and amazing mansion as a rehab place for people with drug and alcohol problems, so it is such a pity, that it is now just left abandoned. I loved the caring and respectful way of you three explorers, how you were approaching the life of the former inhabitants of this location. - Excellently done! Wishing you, dear Lesley and Jordy and of course also Danny, all the best, peace and lots of blessings. - Stay safe and kindest regards.

The stone floors are called calcadas and they are everywhere in Portugul, some of the time they are all different colours to make a mosaic pattern. The baby cribs were probably used for mothers who gave birth to babies that were addicted, a terrible thing to happen to a baby.

@@BrosOfDecay the small stone floors are made that way to accommodate for earthquakes. Instead of the floor or pavement cracking, the stones just move and there is less damage that way.

This place blows me away. All the details in decoration. The bed -the parquet floors and stained glass windows...wow! Looks like many furnishings from the 80's or 90's. The decor of the painting style on the bathrooms for the ladies looks to be a modern style from that time too. Beautiful stair rail.! The dining room was very pretty. I like the design style of the shutters on the inside of the windows. We will move to a new home soon..and I know that has inspired me for new decor there..Thanks Leslie! I LOVE THE SMURFS! My daughter and I used to watch them together. She had so many of the Smurf toys. I’ve kept some of them and I imagine they are old enough now that they have a monetary value? Beautiful mansion/castle, gorgeous woodwork and floors. The colored glass panels above some of the doors? We call those stained glass and they are very desirable to collectors. I love them, especially when the sun shines through them. The furnishings are stunning! I’d love to have one of those beds with my comfy pillow top mattress and Battenberg linens. Another great exploration guys! Thank you! Stay well my friends and keep these fantastic videos coming! Love 💕 you! 😘

The room with 2 beds and rustic, dropped down floor, was likely for newcomers. Because the first stages of detox need close supervision, and often patients are violently ill. It's practical to have floors that can basically be hosed down.
