Friends grew out our first pig and we picked it up early November. Our lives have been chaotic since then so I haven’t had the chance to render down the lard. It’s in the freezer waiting for me. I hope to start and complete that project this winter. Great ideas here Abbey, thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas!

This reminds me that I used to make hash brown bites in a muffin tin. Completely forgot about that, bit I think I'll do a round of them again soon. Thanks for another great video!
