From 75 year old lady: Tony and Bruce, I could feel your pain when you hurt your back. I have had 5 back surgeries over the years. This is the 3rd time I watched this video. I enjoy it more each time I watch it. I love listening to you talk. You work so hard making your videos and I appreciate all of them. Thank you.

Loved the video, Tony! The sound of rain hitting the tarp is one of my favorite sounds ever. You're so right about the world's current status...chaotic and crap. I'm a part time van lifer and while traveling I get to talk with people on the road and living in conventional homes. People are not happy with rising prices, especially for gas and food. We are all struggling. My biggest heartbreak are seeing ore and more people losing their homes and being forced to live in their vehicles. It's no wonder vans, Class B and Class A vehicles, travel trailers and others are becoming full time homes on wheels. I've seen children sleeping in rear seats of cars while parents sit upright asleep in front seats and they are homeless. Our politicians slowly take away benefits to line their pockets. It's wrong and it has to stop. Our respective governments need restructuring for any chance for us to see any improvement. That will never happen!

Big fan from South Florida. I have binge watch all your videos. I love the longer videos because you carry such a great conversation with us via camera and cook some delicious meals. So I do understand why earlier on folks wanted close ups. It may be easier when you cook on the back of your truck. Keep up the great work. One day I could see you hosting a nature documentary or something on the travel Channel. You truly are that good. 💯

Wilderness camping or camping from your vehicle, it matters not. We’ve done both in Alaska. What’s best is that you inspire and teach others how to survive, where to find water, how to stay warm, and you’re doing that nicely. It’s nice you have little wildlife that might invade your camp at night. I love the snow too! We used wools in Alaska but it’s heavy. With hiking for 3 hours, you want to pack lightly. Love that you used the tarp for shelter we often put one under the tent as well but your circumstance is different. Thank you

I loved watching you shake all that snow off of your tent and those tree branches. When I was a little girl, we had a bunch of pine trees in our yard and since we lived in Tennessee, we didn't see much snow but on those rare occasions when it did snow and those tree branches were heavy with snow, my brother and I would go stand under the tree and then one of us would shake the tree so the snow would fall all over us. We thought that was so much fun because as I said earlier, we didn't see much snow. It usually was warm enough that even though we were covered with snow we never got particularly cold. Though our mother, of course, was sure we were both going to die of pneumonia! Thanks for the memories!

I think this is my favourite video so far (and I’ve been watching for a while now). I’ve never seen snow ❄️ so this was AMAZINGLY enchanting and beautiful. Great camp setup too. I’d love to do this. The setup costs of quality gear are eye watering expensive. I’m quite small and really suffer in the cold so would probably freeze to death without the high tech gear. Then of course have to get MUCH stronger and fitter to carry it all the distance to reach such amazing places. So until I achieve all that, thank you for taking us along with you on all these adventures 👍🏼💓 !!!

Also, after Tony describes the upcoming hike-in as “grim” no less than four times, as soon as he says “let’s go”, Brucie aka Happiest Dog on Earth, takes off in tail-wagging glee. 🤩

It was a great episode. The time it took to set up different cameras was well worth it. I'm so glad I found your channel when I did. Keep up the good work! Bravo.
