Yes! And the family called all of those friends who walked around the house touching everything and walking all over the crime scene. And the whole story with the ransom letter was ricidulous. What kiddnaper woould sit inside the house and wrote 3 page letter?? I believe it was either father or brother who killed her Maybe it was an accident. They removed the boy immediately from the house and father discovered her body first and carried it upstairs Why if not to destroy the crucial evidence. Plus all the evidence used in crime came from the the house

If she herself was not involved at all, why was the "kidnapper" had the same hand writting like her? Not John's handwriting and not Burke's, but her's... very strange at the very least. Also why did the "kidnapper" took her paper, her pen and gave the little girl the pineapple she prepared for Burke previously? Why did the "kidnapper " write such a long randsome note (needing at least 45 minutes, they have tested it afterwards) while being in the house fearing to be caught? And why did he leave JonBenet in the basement knowing instead of putting het body somewhere else to get the money? This is kind of the only case I really struggle to believe that the family doesn't know anything, sorry I don't buy it. Poor little girl, she deserved better!

i’m not expert, but having heard the opinions of experts in other situations, this body language is completely off. totally deceptive. when you lie, you make subconscious unnecessary movements to try and make yourself seem more sincere. plus, i completely agree with you about the wording the mother chose. i just feel like she’s so brash about it. the use of the phrase ‘murdered our daughter’ instead of ‘took her from us, etc...’ just seems like her emotions are a little too disconnected from the situation. i fully believe the father had a pattern of abusing her and, as with most sexual deviants, their fantasies escalate. they get more and more violent or controlling. i think he began to get into bondage while abusing her and went too far. they were rich socialites, if the father goes down, mother goes with him. of course she’d defend him to protect herself. plus the fact that a handwriting expert has connected the “ransom note” directly to the mother’s handwriting? smells like fish up in here.....

It's the father... Molesting her... Something happened... Maybe mom came in and tries to hit him with something hard... Missed and smashed poor girl on the head... She stops breathing... Then he goes way overboard with her dead body drops her on that lonely room trying to make it look like a break in... Then the letter?!? Are you kidding me? How much clearer could it be that she wrote it... It's astonishing that that letter didn't hang them out to dry! So sad.

Why hasn’t any documentary or any comments mentioned the FACT that Patsy in her 911 call says: “Please, we just got up and she ‘WASN’T’ here…” Instead of she isn’t here!! Isn't is present tense; it's used for something that now exists. Wasn't is past tense; it's used for something that took place in the past OR for something that existed in the past but no longer exists.

There are a couple of points not mentioned in this video - or perhaps I missed them. Patsy said she never went into JonBenet's bedroom after she found the ransom note, she just looked into the room. Wouldn't a parent tear everything apart in that room to try to locate your child? Not just a cursory glance inside? At least turn on the light?!? (which she said she didn't do- what???) It was also noted that Patsy was wearing the same clothing that morning as she was the night before to the Christmas party. They were supposed to be getting on a plane that morning. Who wears party attire on an airplane? This one has major alarm bells ringing for me. And what kidnapper would sit down in the house to write our a THREE PAGE ransom note? I definitely think this was an inside job. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- DETECTIVE TOM HANEY: Let me just stop you there. When you pushed the door open, was there a light on in the room? PATSY RAMSEY: There was -- her lamp light was not on. You know, there was enough light that I could tell she wasn't in her bed. Now, whether that was coming from the laundry area, whether daylight was breaking or whether there was -- you know, sometime we left a little night light here on in her bathroom, so you know, I -- all I know is I was able to see that there is no one lying in that bed and the covers are ruffled. TOM HANEY: Did you go past that door? PATSY RAMSEY: No. TOM HANEY: You didn't enter that room at all? PATSY RAMSEY: No.

The two major clues to me are , one, the ransom note, written on Ramsey's stationary with a pen like Patsy's, plus, the little girl had been sexually assaulted, recent and likely before the night of the murder. that speaks loudly of some very sick people in that house. Plus, when John "found" the body, it doesn't sound like the parents were terribly upset, although i could be wrong about that. John and Patsy occupied seperate rooms, not together consoling and comforting each other, not reacting to when the 10 AM time came and went without a call...the first officer to investigate has an interview on KZbin, and she swears she knows who did it, but she doesn't dare give out a name, all evidence is cirumstantial. The note and then the body both being in the house I think says it all. they knew there would be no call. One of the family i think did it, the others are covering up. Patsy did not seem to be the "grieving" mother, the little girl wanted to stop with all the paegentry, she was tired of it, but it was Patsy that kept pushing her....motive....rage.... So terribly sad, its a mystery that will not be solved.

The dna can find the killers family, and he can be found through this avenue. Yet the Boulder police dept, refuses to release the dna for testing. I say the killer has connections to the Boulder police department. And I think they are protecting the minor brother, even with the lies about the dna results. Let's look at facts. 1.The killer was someone who had been torturing the little girl for months, that means it was someone who had daily access to her. 2. The crime was immature, the paint brush had been repeatedly shoved into her vagina, leaving wood splinters in her vagina. The dna sample had prostrate fluid but no sperm, which means it was a pre-pubery or young teen who ejaculated on her. Then after beating her nearly to death, she was slowly choked to death, so the person could enjoy watching her die. This fits with a young sociopathic personality. The brother grinned all the time at her funeral, he had no empathy for her death. 4. I watched his interview with Dr.Phil, and this person is twisted. He has been taught what to say to stay out of trouble. His answers were rehearsed. 5. The mother wrote the ransom note, using details only known to her and her husband. She also used her pen and stationary. She was covering for her minor son, who had murdered her daughter. 6. The police are not doing anything, cause this case was solved and taken care of behind closed doors. I'm sure the judge ordered therapy for the son, in an attempt to help him. He is now being coached by the best people his dads money will buy.. but he isn't done. He will kill again.

The unknown DNA does seem to point away from the family however I wonder if the investigation performed DNA test on everyone who was in attendance at the Christmas party that the family attended. If the parents were not involved at all, why was the "kidnapper" having the same handwriting like Patsy? Not John's handwriting and not Burke's, but her's... very strange at the very least. Also why did the "kidnapper" took her paper, her pen and gave the little girl the pineapple she prepared for Burke previously? Why did the "kidnapper " write such a long randsome note (needing at least 45 minutes, they have tested it afterwards) while being in the house fearing to be caught? And why did he leave JonBenet in the basement knowing instead of putting het body somewhere else to get the money? How did the "kidnapper" know about the Christmas bonus of John? This is kind of the only case I really struggle to believe that the family doesn't know anything, sorry I don't buy it! It's not a cold case it's more or less obvious what happened to her IMO. Poor little girl, she deserved better!
