And the DNA that was found on her undies ain't a proof that she got rapedー if she were raped, then there would be bloodー or straight up, different fluids, but there's none. The DNA that's found was the DNA from her wearing the new undies, or from the manufacturers of it. If she got raped, then why did the suspect decided to do it on their house rather than actually KIDNAPPING JonBenet and left a 3-page 'ransom note'? how could the suspect break in, if they couldn't even really fit on the window as what the case stated? If the suspect went in by the window, then the webs and dusts and all of that would wipe out, plus the space of the window is really really small, if the suspect had break in, it would wipe out all the webs from the window(it has pictures from the actual crime scene it obviously can't be possible if a random spider just made a really old-looking web on the window of the basement at the time after the suspect did their job, right?), as when the suspect would, obviously, slide into the window due to the small space. And there were to signs that someone broke inー the dusts didnt spread out at the opening of the window, and when the suspect would come out from where he broke in, then the suspect would completely clean that spot. I am not saying that there WEREN'T people who looked at Jonbenet in a sexual way, or basically building up sexual desiresー but I am stating the logical sense here.

Ransom note had phrases commonly used by Patsy. The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2008, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD & Steve Thomas, who had Never worked a murder case Before, were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And Steve Thomas withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. Steve Thomas illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent. The investigation Continued along with a bevy of private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his integrity as a police officer & all his BS in that book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others. who included known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from that unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the Whites Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push This vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the BS continues. N.B. Who would Write a ransom note on their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The Cops? There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! The public need to understand that this case hasn’t been to Trial yet & so - You Know Nothing About This Crime, The Case Or About What Was Actually Perpetrated Upon This Poor Child. BTW - Burke, Was Never Even A Suspect. The Bits You Think You Know About this Crime - Are NOT True. *You all need to get this Very Clear - You Do Not Know Better than some of the Best investigators in the country or the Expert crime scene techs or the Top forensic scientists or the FBI or the Secret Service or the DAs or the Federal Court Judge or the Boulder PD, who, for Many Years have Also stated that the Ramseys - Are Innocent. Nope, the case was not “settled” for a payout, it was “settled” as in ended and Burke can not try to sue them again. Read the court documents! The case did not go past the discovery phase because the Ramsey team did not let it go past that point. They did not want to risk all the grand jury evidence being opened up again and brought out in court. Burke did NOT “win” or get a payout and the CBS documentary is still allowed to be aired!

I found the documentary thorough and logical in its entirety. The piece of pineapple in her stomach, the fingerprints on the bowl and glass, the train tracks being the likely piece of instrument used to prod his sister in the side, feaces found on her candy that she got the day before, burkes habit of putting feaces in her bed etc, his past behaviour and him hitting her with the golf club are what make me believe he killed his sister. Also the utterly strange demeanour ( on both occasions) he was displaying while interviewed , lack of emotions such as grief and fear of the alleged killer of his sister’s all speak volumes in my opinion. The cobwebs in the window where the supposed intruder would have entered etc. I have no doubt that he killed his sister. It’s clear as day to me. It’s all very sad.

Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - unknown male DNA, mixed with hers. Steve Thomas kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD & Steve Thomas, who had Never worked a murder case Before, were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And Steve Thomas withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. Steve Thomas illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent. The investigation Continued along with a bevy of private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. I think the mother wrote the ransom note. There were over 200 similarities in patsy's handwriting and the note. Furthermore them saying “people don’t read disclaimers” yet they don’t mention the DA not saying “the grand jury voted to indict them but my team is saying there isn’t evidence.” Until this documentary, we never knew that pineapple was in her system, and indicates a timeline and possible motive. I agree with you!! I've never seen this documentary but I've always said that he killed her bc the pineapple and milk was a snack mom made for him. Some was in her system not digested. That tells me she took a bite, pissed of the brother he hit her over the head with something she died so the parents sent him to his room and staged a cover up and not a good one. That's why the rest of the pineapple and milk was not eaten and why what she ate was not digested even though she was supposed to have died hours later after being put to bed and after the parents went to bed many hours later. The Perps gave JB pineapple fruitcake in the early hours & a bit more at about 5.30 a.m. If the cops were called, The Plan was to strangle this child to death with the cord when the cops were called, Then just after that, several blows to the head in total & 3 weapons in total were used to cause the huge Open fracture down nearly the length of the skull & then the Hole. You don’t have to be an expert, you just need common sense. They supposedly thought it was a kidnapping, and the ransom note said that they would be calling at 8:00-10:00 with info about where the money was going and how to get their kid. But that time period came and passed, and the policewoman said that none of them said anything or seemed to notice. What does that imply? That they already knew that no phone call would be coming, that no kidnapping had actually taken place, that they knew more than what we initially believed they did. Is the similarity between the kidnapper note and samples of Patsy’s handwriting just a coincidence, I think not! Why would an intruder spend precious time writing a kidnapper note in the house, when they could have done that even before they entered the house? How would they know exactly the amount of money John would make as a Christmas bonus, namely, $118,000? If we go and say that Patsy wrote the ransom note, what does that imply? That the parents knew something about the killer and were trying to send the police in a wrong direction. But why would they do that? Why would they protect the killer of their own child? It had to be someone very close by, someone much closer than a friend of a friend, and Burke is the only one who both benefited from JonBenét’s death (he was jealous of her), and had the position most to persuade the parents to side with him. He was their child as much as JonBenét was. They lost their daughter, they weren’t about to hand their son over to the authorities or the news media to make a spectacle of him. The documentary series was a brilliant fact-based analysis of the case. That Burke Ramsey has filed a lawsuit shouldn't sway anyone's opinion as to whether or not the documentary series accurately depicted the events in question. The fact of the matter is that 1 the task of a guilty person is to act in the exact way that an innocent person would act. Thus, from the point of view of the guilty person, an innocent person would sue, therefore I must file suit. 2 I have personal experience with the galling amount of entitlement people in positions of power and wealth have as it relates to those who they have victimised and/or those that have dared accuse them of crimes and it is clear that the perpetrators of terrible crimes will say and do anything to avoid accountability for their actions, including the targetting of people who tell the truth about the crimes they've committed. The outrage of the person in question (Burke Ramsey, in this case) is not about the accuracy of the documentary series (or lack thereof, though it is a very good analysis) but it is about the outrage of the perpetrator that someone dare utter the truth of their crimes publicly, which cannot be tolerated. 3 Suing is also a necessary rear-guard action. In the mind of the perpetrator, despite his guilt, he has to publicly proclaim innocence in an attempt to sway public opinion to his side, as the failure to do so and therefore rally at least some people to his cause could likely result in enough of a groundswell of popular demand that the individual in question (Burke Ramsey) be held accountable for his crimes that the demand simply becomes overwhelming and, in the process, sufficiently motivates people in positions of power to undertake decisive action to hold the perpetrator (Burke) accountable for his actions. Making the attempt, however dubious, to win at least some people to the perpetrator's side, by the perpetrator himself, an absolute necessity. The fact of the matter is the documentary series in question is the best (only) reasonable explanation as to what actually happened to Jon Benet Ramsey and it is for exactly that reason that Burke Ramsey must, for the sake of his liberty and reputation (what little reputation he has) that he undertake this extraordinary and galling act of public deception.

The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. From the 1st week of 1997 til 2008, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD & Steve Thomas, who had Never worked a murder case Before, were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And Steve Thomas withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. Steve Thomas illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. I found the docuseries to be very interesting and it's true that it did change my opinion about the case. To me, the Burke theory is the most reasonable explanation for happened that night. I think he is a sociopath who resented his sister and had a tendency to snap at times. I believe this was a terrible accident that the Ramsey's chose to try to cover up instead of tell the truth about. Very tragic story.

Burke was actually interviewed that very afternoon of the 26th when he was still at the Whites, by detective Patterson, who was on the scene at the Ramsey's house that morning. Neither parent was present for that interview that was recorded, nor did they know that was happening. Burke was taken to the where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that Bogus CBS show was aired in 2016, Patterson publicly stated on national TV that Burke didn't know Anything & he was very worried that his little sister was still missing. Burke was interviewed 10 days after the murder of his 6 year old sister, by a child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer was present with him & the parent's Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer was present with Burke & the parents Allowed that interview to take place as well. N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. Science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The faeces Stories are Not true. He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously are Not told the Details about all that happened. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking. The announcement through the media was the True cause of death, Asphyxiation. The family were later told there was damage to the child’s skull. Both gross fractures were After death. As per, the hierarchy within the police do Not release all information, even to their own cops. The Fact is that the 1st fracture was Open & nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole. This total BS about a ‘bonk on the head’ grew legs because of Steve Thomas & his loon book of BS, that’s Why he was sued & then refused to get on the stand to back his lying mouth. Why do tabloids print sensational headlines whether true or false? $$$. Why do 'authors' put a book together based on the same information from the magazines & TV shows? $$$. In the U.S., for the past 2 years, newscasts & talk shows have been getting out the info about the DNA again but they don't go into enough detail, too scared to be mobbed I presume. I see on utube, an explosion of podcasters pumping out shows since that time frame. They pump out the Same false & misleading information over & over again like well trained monkeys. DNA is Science & science doesn’t lie. What I notice, is that most people Ignore that Scientific evidence. That was just the First results & it’s Known - Two unknown male DNA, several places on JB’s person. The DNA from one has been in CODIS since 2003. People don't realise that the cops do Not release the Case Evidence to the media & so, the public have No Idea what the Actual evidence of perpetrators in the house Is, nor do the public know all that Really happened to JB. People need to understand that this crime for money & revenge was very, Very well Planned. Everything was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if they called the cops. Just to clarify, there were Two severe skull fractures that occurred just after JB was strangled to death. Both were Precise & also pre-planned if the cops were called & so, all 3 weapons were at hand. That flashlight was Never a weapon used. The 1st fracture was front to back & Open, nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole & the skull piece was split in 2 & inside. The police make dozens of mistakes in every investigation. This one is no different. Just because one officer believed it was the parents he didn't even consider the son as a suspect. The original officer on the scene who was present when the girls body was found stated that Mr Ramsey was so closely studying her reaction to the child's body that she got chills and began to fear for her own life in his presence! So he wasn't truly even considered until the case was looked at with fresh eyes. To take a second look at the evidence means just that, it doesn't mean to start with the mistakes of the other officers who had tunnel vision. The only way any investigation can go forward is to look at everyone present at the time of the murder, including strange little boys who smear piss and shit all over their sisters room and stuff in blind crazy rage... He is soooo guilty! Otherwise he would have laughed this off! That interview was seriously creepy! He's one creepy dude!

Until this case is brought to trial for criminal proceedings, the general public will Never get to know the True Facts about this case, nor the ins & outs or the bits & pieces that, Make Up the Puzzle. I watched this documentary in full, with each piece of evidence they presented I tried to play devil's advocate to try and argue against what they were saying to see if what they were presenting made sense and/or held true and I have to say that I couldn't argue/dispute anything they were saying. Every line of Ramsey's story has been picked apart and in so many ways proven either untrue or couldn't have happened how they purported it. I am not going to point fingers, even though I am pretty sure of the culprit's identity but I am going to say that this case needs to be reopened with possibly a brand new team for a fresh set of eyes. Also, Burke and John should be subpoenaed to answer the new evidence and why it took them 120 days to cooperate with the family and why did the family have the power of who comes and goes. It seems to me as in a lot of these cases that money can change the world around you no matter what you did!

I truly believe that Burke Ramsey Killed his sister Jonbenet. He was volatile and problematic, jealous and angry. Unfortunately, it was waiting to happen. The smallest thing would have set him off. And if it wasn't the pineapple it would have been something else. Her breathing was too much for him to take, let alone talking, walking, smiling, laughing and getting any attention. This is a sibling so jealous he smears his feaces on his sisters candy and Christmas presents.

I remember this case. At first, it was a kidnapping. But when the police found no signs of breaking and entry except for a broken basement window that appeared to be broken from the inside, not the outside, I thought it could have been a kidnapping done by people the parents knew for money that John Ramsey supposedly owed. It seemed like a set up since the amount in the ransom note was the amount JR owed. Such an odd note too. It was unnecessarily lengthy, I thought. Then a few hours later, her body was quickly discovered by JR.......too quickly.......like he knew exactly where it was and went right to it. That made me think that someone in the house did it, although not necessarily JR. He may have just placed her body there after her death so he knew right were to "find" her. Then he placed a blanket from the back of the couch over her, knowing it would contaminate evidence. Again, I felt if he didn't do it, he certainly knew who did and was covering it up. Ironically, the one person I never thought could have done it was Patsy. Her emotions and behavior all throughout was appropriate. She really was devastated at the loss of her child. However, J&P lawyered up so quickly the cops heads were left spinning. So, even though I didn't think she did it, I was pretty convinced that she too, knew who did. Since then, there has been a lot of evidence and stories that have popped up about the kids relationship with their parents and with each other. There seemed to be a lot of corroborated stories about Burke's anger issues, jealousy issues, his penchant for aggression when it wasn't warranted. Stories of him smearing his own feces around his sister's room and he had hit her with a golf club just a year before her death. At this point, the parents have closed ranks and refuse to allow Burke to be questioned or interviewed. Now it becomes clear what the Ramsey's did. They knew Burke had issues and they probably had a fair number of problems within the home because of it. Problems that they hid because it wouldn't do for an affluent family to have a mentally ill child. This did a huge disservice to Burke, as he couldn't get the help he likely needed. At some point on Christmas, JB stole a piece of pineapple out of B's bowl. Something that normal siblings have done to each other since the beginning of time. But Burke's anger was set off. She ran off, he chased her down with the flashlight, caught her and smashed the flashlight into her head. Now she's unconscious and bleeding. He gets scared and goes to his parents. Maybe he tells them what he's done, maybe he lies and tells them she fell, either way, the go to check on her. At this point she is still alive but they know she is badly injured and would require medical help or she would eventually die. At this point, the parents determine that keeping their carefully crafted public persona of the perfect family must be protected over and above their daughters health. At that point, JR takes JB to the basement and either he or his friend that was there (probably the friend) ties the ligatures around her neck and strangles away what's left of her life. They fake a sexual assault as a red herring but clean it to the point that no evidence of it can be found other than the damage to the body. JR leaves the house briefly. At this point, it is speculated that he obtained the saliva from someone that couldn't be connected to the case and who likely wouldn't ever have his DNA ever put in the database. Meanwhile, Burke has been sent upstairs and told to stay there in an effort to keep him out of the loop. Patsy sits down and concocts the ransom note, using an amount that JR owes someone else to create another red herring/false lead. Once the DNA is set and the note is done, the Ramsey's pick up the phone and make the 911 call and the investigation begins. Once the Boulder Police make it known to the Ramsey's that they are concentrating on them, the parents lawyer up. Now, if John had done it, at some point Patsy would have broken. If Patsy had done it, John would have turned on her. But they remained a solid united front. That could only mean that they knew who did it, it wasn't either of them, and they were determined to protect the killer at all costs. The only person both parents would have had a vested interest in protecting was their son. It's the only thing that makes sense. They lost one child at the hands of the other and it was the only way to keep from losing their other child while maintaining their affluent status. It's just too bad that they cared more about their status and their mentally ill child than they did their daughter.

Well put. Idk about the part where the father goes out to get a saliva sample, but I do agree with everything else. The parents wouldn't only stand lose their "status", but Burke most likely would've been institutionlized, they would've been charged for negligence and failure to confront their son's mental illness, and would've probably done time for the cover up and the whole fiasco. If Burke didn't have previous mental issues, they could've rushed her to emergency and it would've been explained as accidental.

Very Few know that in 2003, Federal Court Judge Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. And that was way back Then. All can read the 93 page document online. Besides Actual evidence talked about, Carne is scathing about Steve Thomas & Cina Wong in relation to all the BS they told about this case. And, Wong had No qualifications to call herself a writing analyst in the first place. Her vids show Fake writing on a whiteboard as If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & as If from police files, all Fake. Thomas never worked a murder case before & only cared how his hair looked for the cameras. He constantly talked about the book he was going to write. He was sued for that book of Lies but many in the public domain don’t know about That & still see him as some sort of hero & Repeat his BS. The Boulder PD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. Of course, that was Before Steve Thomas set his sites on his delusions of grandeur & blamed Patsy because of a notepad. He was sued for all his lies & lost every cent. In his desperation for fame & $$, he hadn’t found out/been Told about the Second severe fraction to JB’s skull, being a Hole. The DNA has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. That DNA continued to Clear people & Still. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, Over 200 pieces of Plus the DNA that had already Cleared them all & Lots of others including known pedos & John Mark Karr who said he did it.
