Agree. I don't feel sorry for stupid people like this. Why would you drive out that far, on your own, with no friends, trust GPS (not have an actual paper map), spare jerry can filled with full petrol & never even been there before with someone. That's like me if I was 18-21 yrs old, I'm going to go hunting in the wild with no compass, no experience, no friend, no food. Just me, my gun, my phone & a jacket. Sigh

He said, "one day you will be driving & I want you to remember something for me, it's just as easy to keep your car full as it is to keep it empty. Fill it once and then use what gas money you collect from your friends to keep it full, rather than trying to get a couple bucks here and there to go somewhere and then be on E again. That way you will always have a full tank in the event of an emergency.

Too many children are being brainwashed into being Lez. What most Democrats don't comprehend is once society gives up following God on one major thing then it becomes a free for all on all sins - and evil tyrants end up in control too. Imagine living under Kim Jong Il where the people are starving and they shoot you for trying to escape. One lady told of all the sadness saying they don't even have a word that means love. Oh but maybe you'll get a kind dictator huh? Yeh sure it always works that way, or I mean never. If you did luck out and got the world's first kind dictator, it probably wouldn't be long before he was gone and you got the typical evil one.

It's not a stupid trip if executed with even the slightest modicum of common sense. It's totally doable to just wing it and do the trip alone with mindful assessment of resources, such as gasoline, and regeneration of them as needed. But trying to save money on gasoline was definitely the illogical approach; instead, refilling to a full tank of gasoline is the logical approach--an investment for survival. What good is it to save a few bucks if you end up dying and unable to capitalise on those savings?

@@jamesjames6792 You can tell a lot about someone’s level of intellect by their compulsion to insert “lol”, “lol” into negative comments of small-minded criticism. Intelligent folks see that and instantly you’ve lost all credibility as you look more like a nervous or insecure child rather than a mature adult with something of intelligence and substance to add. If I were an immature childish type, I’d add some “lol”s to this comment in a childish effort to belittle you more than you’ve already belittled yourself. But I’m not interested in looking like an immature child making light of someone else’s mistake. I’ll be the adult simply shining a light on yours and hopefully you’ll learn a little something and reconsider your childish use of the “lol”s when criticizing someone else. Especially where criticism wasn’t due.

@@jamesjames6792 she had enough bottles of water to drink 3 a day for a week and a half. She made smart decisions and smart decisions have to be readjusted

I'm glad she's okay but I do want to say: never go somewhere alone (especially the desert), always fill up all the way, don't rely on maps use solar powered GPS and also a physical map, carry flares, and always have back up water and food. These are just the bare necessities. Glad Amber made it out of there, the desert is cruel and unforgiving.
