The 13-year old little boy and his friend fit the description of armed robbers. As they were being detained, instead of following orders, they ran from police with gun in hand they allegedly used in the armed robbery. The little boy pointed the gun at the officers in pursuit. BAD IDEA!!! This was NOT an innocent little boy that the police simply shot without cause, but a 13-year old engaged in "armed robbery". The two boys will be identified as the perpetrators by the victims -- case closed. The streets in that town are now safer because there is one less perp on the streets.

Today's decision by the Supreme Court leaves many Americans to question the integrity of the Supreme Court. To give one man (if you want to call him a man) absolute power and to trust that individual to use his power/authority responsibly is a slap to our forefathers who developed the Constitution to ensure that no one is above the law. Likewise, such absolute power makes America no better than North Korea, Russia, or any other dictator. Kin Jong Un and Vladimir Putin can also use the excuse that they are in their official capacity to commit hideous crimes. Today's Supreme Court decision also jeopardizes the World Court's authority. This means, that presidents of any country can say that they are immune from prosecution and cannot held responsible for criminal charges because they are in an official capacity and have complete immunity from criminal prosecutes. No longer can the United States criticize another world leader for their criminal conduct. No longer can the United States criticize human rights abuse related to world leaders. No longer can the United States scream genocide to another world leader, because the bottom line is that these evil world leaders will say are in an official capacity and cannot be punished for any crimes. No longer can the President of the United States believe in an eight-year term. No longer can the President of the United States follow the rule of law, because the President is above the law. The logic is as long as the President is in the capacity of the President of the United States, the President is immune from criminal prosecution. Today's decision by the Supreme Court forces the United States to take a back seat to leadership when it comes to good intentions, justice, and fairness for Americans and the world. More importantly, it appears that the Supreme Court is not for America. The United States has been in turmoil or chaos in the last couple of years. Instead of dealing with immunity in a timely fashion to alleviate the turmoil or chaos, the Supreme Court took its time and disregarded the atmosphere in America, and waited until the last minute to render a decision that opened Pandora's box. The Supreme Court's integrity is in question. Hopefully, the people of America do not elect a convicted felon as president. Just imagine there will be a floodgate of felons filing discrimination related to federal, state, county, and city jobs. I talking about felons like murders, child abuse, domestic violence, and rape. If Donald Trump has his way the felons will be applying for federal jobs. How can a convicted felon be in charge of the United States Law Enforcement? It is no wonder that our forefathers believed in the 2nd Amendment. Maybe our forefathers knew that one day our democracy may be threatened from within. Hopefully, the current President, Joe Biden, will use his newfound power to get rid of unethical judges. Who is going to override the President?
