Ingredients:
2 oz ABERFELDY 12
0.5 oz Local Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 cup Hot Water
Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Cinnamon Stick, & Star Anise
Method: Add ABERFELDY, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a mug. Stir, then top with hot water. Garnish with a lemon wedge, cinnamon stick and Star Anise.
