"Moratorium" is a Maidiac favorite. It's always a blast to hear them play this at a live concert. "Moratorium" and "Clang" are two Band-Maid songs that always give me Motorhead vibes. Pure hard rock, that's what we love about these Maids.

This song is pure fun and the way the bridge after the solo jumps back to the chorus then just blends into the chorus creates this beautiful chaos. My favorite.

I have heard the words "That does not sound like what I expect from Band-Maid" or similar enough times that I think it is an apt description of the sound. There is so much variety in their music and that is one of the things I love about them. I never get sick of listening to their songs.

Yes, it's MISA who drinks whiskey (neat - from bottle) during a show. She's shy so it loosens her up. Then she is a BEAST on bass. This is one of my favorite songs ever - it has about 6.25 genres in it, and basically just kicks ass. Then kicks ass some more. Then more ad infinitum.

Besides being a great song and video I get the happy feeling seeing Miku bouncing and dancing in the last part just having a great time. It’s like she realizes that her dream concept has come true and she’s revelling in it. Although this video was posted a year ago the concert was in 2018.

Now that you've had a taste of Band-Maid, go check out Miku's side project, Cluppo. Peace and Love is her first solo song with backing musicians. She shows her true colorful self and shows she can sing too. Miku does have some solo songs with Band-Maid but this was her own production. For a twist on Band-Maid watch the two Band-Maiko videos. It's the girls dressed as geisha in training called maiko. They are simply gorgeous.

You might like Orenje's docu-videos on each band member...Kanami for example, learn about her alter ego Mincho 😁 The video on Saiki would whet your appetite ❤ These 5 women put many of my past rock heroes to shame...creating their art with 100% effort, dedication in performance, appreciating their fanbase and all without ego's, compromise or frankly shoving drugs up their nose and trashing hotel rooms. You just know anything that starts with Miku whispering "Make up your mind" is going to be good. (LOL) This song rocks! I would put this song near the very top of the forty some odd songs on my Band-Maid Top Ten list. Miku providing the low harmonies through most of the song goes almost unnoticed but really makes the vocals sound strong. "oh oh oh oh" "oh oh oh oh" "oh oh oh ooooooh" "Don't Dilly Dally"

This is actually from 7 years ago. It was taken off of KZbin ahead of a DVD release. You can still find the entire concert on the Chinese site Bilibili. Actually, I prefer the Studio Coast version. It's punchier! But it's not back on KZbin. But, yes, this was back when MISA was drinking whiskey. After a bad hangover on the road she switched to beer.

Hey... you even got the correct version of the song. The genus of Misa. Check out (in your video) 3:45. She's supporting the guitar, then moves seamlessly into supporting the drums when Kanami starts in on the lead, especially emphasising Akanes double-kicks.
