The plaintiff says the defendant parked a boat on his property without his permission, but now he won’t move it. He argues he asked the defendant several times to take it away, but he refuses to move it. He’s suing for the cost it will take to remove the boat. The defendant argues the plaintiff let him leave his boat on the lot for $50 per month, but then changed his mind.
