I think it’s a little bit about talking to the right people, luck, persistence and reason for trying to move. It’s never seamless, even in MBBs. And you would mostly have to go through fresh rounds of interviews

I see most of the people with 10 yrs experience are in PGPPro program whereas with lesser experience are in ISB PGP. Also i see only energy sector ? Tech consulting usually has very less travel as thr teams are huge and implementation work needs to be done in one place…tech strategy does have travel involved

Very nice video, can you make a video on how we can apply for good jobs from outside the college after completing MBA? Can you please make a video on how to switch a carrier. Problem: A student get placed in a decent company and with decent package from a decent (Tier 2) B- school. But he doesn't want to start his carrier in the firm. Now he is trying for more opportunity from outside the B- school. What all way / avenues he should try to get at least the same package or above that package. Problem (2) :- He is getting some role but the package they are providing is way less than what he get in college placement. How should this student tackle this situation and make a switch in his carrier? What all Avenue he should try. Aim:- To join as Management consultant in any consulting firm. Big 4 or MBB ( seems out of reach) Or any consulting firm like zs associates, Gartner or ken research , kantar
