I simply love these videos about self-improvement, it's the most important thing in your life. Start also reading some books. I suggest 'Chase no more the path to success'. It talks about various themes that are important for man's life: wealth, self improvement, relationships, dating advice... etc. I believe that every young man who wants to do something with his life should read it. It definitely helps to attract people you want to.

I have anxiety. Whenever I need validation and reassurance I go to KZbin and listen on self development videos. Thats why I am here. There are days I want to listen and my mind will just tell me, come on again?! You already know what to do. Just do it! When I saw this video, my mind told me, I told you. 😒😏

15:05 as a muslim this resonates a lot because before breaking your fast there are moments where its like you are so free but also bored and you feel what its like to not have all of the blessings and its just a ton of clarity and thinking about all of gods creations.

I fw your videos heavily. Earlier this year I saw one of your videos on my KZbin feed and I ignored it but a few days ago I decided to stop partaking in the endless cycle of frying my brain and deleted all social media and it’s funny that I’m now watching your videos with a new perspective. You have my respect

New subscriber here. Thanks for sharing this. Your title got me, I felt like I got caught doing something unlawful. lol. I was one of those person who fell into the self improvement hole. Jesus Christ I use to watch so many hrs of self improvement videos, ppl preachings about change your life in 24 hrs, 7 days, 21 days, all BS! . I use to save them by the dozen. It never helped, until I became intentional about meticulously changing life day by day. It took years. I had to do an introspection on my life, then have that self realization aspect of my life come to fruition. Now I am extreme careful of whom I listen to, when, where and why listening to these ppl. Now I am productive , seeing results and progressing daily. Slow progress is better than no progress. Delayed gratification over instant gratification. 😊❤

I love the distinction you made between knowledge and wisdom. I've struggled with the actual application of knowledge. I do research upon research upon research because I'm afraid to fail. I'll start something and then stop because I feel like I don't know enough. Thank you for giving tangible steps on how to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. I'm not sure what I'm doing when it comes to starting my own brand/business but you've helped me realize that this feeling will follow as long as I continue to push towards your goals. So I should just start the work. Thank you!

That's dope! Really useful and smart video my friend I appreciate you! At the end of your video it's CLEARLY makes sense when you used the Ramadan as an example, that's a PERFECT reason why I should take a break from those videos. Yes I do enjoy how they talk in a "self improvement" podcasts, it's fun and entertaining but the information can be really overwhelming and it's even more important to ADAPT NATURALLY and not trying to force to adapt it. It's really makes sense. At the end we all will remember why did we started but we gotta see it clearly and the other strong phrase you had: "you solve the problem by not trying to solve the problem. " Big up! Great channel brother ✊️

The problem with motivational or discipline or self improvement videos is that you miss the trial on errror life experience cause that is where you find the nuances that arent mentioned in any video period. There is a difference learning to detach of wasting time or actually being detached because of life experience. If u had all of this at once. Divorce. Jail. No money. Friend and family betrayal. And came out of it. Been in a war fighting enemies. That is the truthfull life experience. with pain causing hardness. No video can give u that elevation. Life experience rules any video. And they parrot eachother anyway
