You are getting the wrong impression here. Your ordinary Japanese driver are one of the worse drivers I have come across. They are as bad as our drivers back home. They rarely use signals to indicate which way they want to turn at junctions. Most drivers do not observe the speed limit when passing through residential areas as they take short cuts through it. One of the biggest bad habit here is using their mobile phones while driving. I have been living in Japan for a year now and this is what I observed in my town. On the bright side, they do let pedestrians pass/cross at street crossing or at exits/entrances - that is when they are actually watching the road instead of their smart phone. Racers are better drivers than your ordinary Japanese drivers because they know it could cost them their live.

When I found out about the trip I suggested to my partner that we binge your videos, but she's already seen the majority of the Tokyo/Kyoto based ones, which was a nice surprise. Yesterday, I get home from a work trip abroad and she's talking about drifting this, drifting that, so I suggested Noriyaro's content, and she surprised me for a third time! The final surprise is that thanks to this video, she found the Festival of Motorsport on the 5th April near enough to where we are staying, and that we're now going to see that too 😄 All that, you just randomly bumping into Noriyaro (though if you head to Ebisu enough it's a given 😜) - feels like stars aligning or worlds colliding. I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat thinking is he going to mention Intital D, and you did. That was awesome, cheers.

I first watched your videos years ago but life happened and youtube was not a part of it. Now life is kinder and I have thoroughly enjoyed catching up. I’ve laughed A LOT and then realised I’ve learnt stuff. The subtle knowledge-ception has been appreciated. Planning a two week trip to Japan next year and feel like your videos and podcast have been the most helpful in the process so thanks! 😊

At the start of the video I said "where's Alexi" and the camera pans and there he is. Nice. Bonus points for Dori Dori.

I was disappointed to hear stock soundtracks & not eurobeat in the background... :/

Well he has to get this vid monetized
@yozora10474 жыл бұрын
@Filip Gasic Right. I would love to get something like The Top or Night of Fire in this vid, but I understand why he wouldn't do it. Or he can use royalty-free eurobeat.

@@yozora1047 This is because of copy-right, right? YT doesn't block a video for copy-right, it just demonetizes?
@yozora10474 жыл бұрын
SI0AX Copyright-related issues, yes. Demonetization is most likely to happen but if push comes to shove, blocks or takedowns could happen.

Dave Rogers is on KZbin, he might have authorized the use of his new tracks.

Man, that looks like fun. But more than that, this video was among your best technically. Great filming and camera work, and exceptional editing. Well done!

“It felt like I was in a vr headset or some thing” ... no sausage, that’s called real life 🤩 This vid looked like loads of fun - I’m very jealous. Your hair looked very sharp at the end of the editing 😎
