NOTIFICATION SQUAD: Another ridiculous choice this week, but WHO created the best car gadget? Let's face it, neither of us deserve to win. But a huge thank you to you all for watching along this season of Journey Across Japan: Escape to Fuji. We had a lot of laughs along the way, saw places both stunning and creepy in each measure, and perhaps above all, WE SAW MOUNT FUJI. I hope you enjoyed this series. We may do something similar in 2021 depending on how these videos do when the dust settles, but for now folks enjoy the finale of Journey Across Japan!

Not to worry, there are no indications Mt Fuji is going to erupt any time soon. Unlike what Chris said, Mt Fuji is not overdue - such a concept doesn't really exist in modern geology. It's not like Fuji has a schedule to keep. You can take comfort in the fact that Mt Fuji is probably one of the most thoroughly monitored volcanos, by some of the best geologists, on the face of the planet. If that thing is about to go off, we will know.

Yet Japanese love to come to Hawaii where I am. That Beach that Dave went to is just leagues better than the Famous Waikiki beach IMO. To me Hawaii does not have much to see either. The beaches are good but they all are pretty much similar. Just an empty endless ocean. If you a surfer or a beach person it’s paradise. But to me the quiet tranquil rice paddies of Shizuoka is paradise not overly crowded and dirty beaches. (ocean is clean but the beach it’s self is as littered and graffitied as you would expect from America)
