Abs and Glutes Workout Combo | 30 Minutes with Mini Band

Hello everyone!
2 in 1 sort this awesome workout! Glutes and abs!
First 5 minutes abs, followed by 10 minutes glutes with band, and repeat! Total of 30 minutes workout so you will definitely get that serious burn in the glutes and abs second time round!
The exercises are as follows:
Table top crunch
Hands interlocked crunch
Opposite hand to foot reach
Opposite hand to foot reach
Tuck to extension
Lying abduction
Lying abduction pulses
Bridge abduction
Bridge abduction pulses
Bridge up and down
Donkey lift
Donkey lift
Reverse frog
Squat with 2 pulses
Squat pulses
Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds with 10 second rest.
You can use any small mini band or if you have a larger resistance band simply double it up!
Really focus on using the ab muscles to perform the crunches.
With the leg extension out, simply bent at knees or don’t come as low if lower back coming off floor even if slightly.
With the glute band work, really push this by widening as far apart those knees. And in the squats, knees out when coming down and rising up!

omg I have to say, I love how you keep it so real. Not only are you beautiful to look at, but your authenticity on how hard it is makes it all so relatable and so much more fun to workout with you. I love how you give yourself breaks. So many fitness gurus edit their videos so that they look absolutely perfect, with no mistakes. But with you giving yourself breaks and giving us a face that it hurts motivates me EVEN MORE. It is like a competition in a way. Just because you take breaks, I feel like I absolutely can't so I can "win" but I also feel way less guilt if I do take a break. When fitness gurus look too perfect, I feel as if I take way too many breaks because I feel discouraged that I will never be like them. But your authenticity makes it attainable and maybe I could actually be a beautiful fitness goddess like yourself!

Would you do more of these "banded" workouts ? Those bands are killers and if used correctly the improvements are drastic!

Agreed. I've been doing her workouts and just switched to bands to change it up. I really like the resisitance bands.

Lying abduction pulses, donkey kicks and the squat pulses were fire. Loved the abs section..so effective. I like the format in that you could do half of the workout if short on time.

Omg just got to 15. I cant do more cause I just started with resistance bands and am using muscles I have never used before! I am dying so I will find another 15 minute workout to finish! Love it

I have always liked your workouts because you're suffering along and the intensity is great. But since I've ruptured some ligaments in my ankle your workouts are really the best on KZbin for me because you do a lot on the floor. Thank you for your videos. 💜

YESSS, so happy I started working out again after a busy period. And your videos are just THE BEST!!! I have tried many others, but I tend to get confused by their workouts and then I get frustrated because I can't keep up with the workout (pace/moves/whatever). With you it is so relaxed to move along and I can really focus on myself and my muscle strengthning. Although I don't have weights at home I will try my best to craft some heavy items myself so I will be able to do the EPIC program at home (as gyms are closed). Your workouts just make me feel so goooood (L) Thank you so so much Caroline!!

I woke up lazy this morning and almost didn't do this routine. So glad I changed my mind! Fantastic workout!!! The sequence of exercises, the 2 sets (you can do only half if you're short on time), the music... Time flies by and you don't even notice! 🙂 Loved the quietness of the music and particularly the fact that you don't get to move a lot throughout. Many youtubers change position so many times in such a short period that you don't get to focus on your correct form and fail to get good results. Caroline keeps it simple but effective. She is waaaaay much better than all others at that aspect! 🤩 ... At all aspects, actually! 😁😁😁

Great video style. No talking, clear instructions and a chime to switch positions. Def subscribing. Workout was balanced, not too intense but not too easy (well, I'm a beginner).

Increasing difficulty regularly. Anyone can do it and if you want more, press play a second time! Love this workout. I keep it in my "video to watch later" to do it again another day!

I chose this one before Iron D8 & loved both🧡 Enjoying iron series so much! I feel powerful handling heavyweights safely, because of the slow & 60sec. Enough time to be in the alignment, get work on 🔥🧡🙈 Such a satisfying 30min…! Thank you🧡

Really loved the focus of abs and glutes, very weak in both and have psoas issues, so Def felt them working and being targeted in the whole area, yeh good to actually feel something working!!!thanks

Hi Caroline, I lost the motivation to train during the lockdown and fortunately I clicked on your video and have completed 5 workouts and always do the warm up. Thanks for posting and I like the way the videos are made and I almost keep up with you. I aim to complete the 1000 squat challenge by mid July! Once again many thanks for posting the videos. @@CarolineGirvan Thanks for your reply Caroline, the videos are really useful and I often complete 2-3 during my workout. The other day I did the warm up, 10 minute dumbell chest workout and the 5 minute push up. They were amazing. In terms of requests, the only thing that I could not see on the list was a 500 push up challenge using different styles and handles? What do you think? If you post it, I promise that I will attempt it! Thanks again for your videos, they came at the right time for me and I hope you have a great day.
